Պետք չէ կարծել, որ աթերոսկլերոզը բացառապես տարեցների հիվանդություն է։ Երեխաները նույնպես կարող են տառապել խոլեստերինի բարձր մակարդակից, եւ կարեւոր է բաց չթողնել ախտանիշները, գրում է «МедикФорум»-ը:

Աթերոսկլերոզը մի վիճակ է, երբ արյան մեջ չափազանց շատ ճարպային նյութ կա, որը կոչվում է խոլեստերին: Դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ այնպիսի պատճառներով, ինչպիսիք են կենսակերպը, սննդային սովորությունները, մարզումների ռեժիմը եւ ավելորդ քաշը: Խոլեստերինի բարձր մակարդակը կարող է ազդել բոլորի եւ յուրաքանչյուրի վրա՝ անկախ նրանց տարիքից եւ սեռից: Երեք գործոններ զգալիորեն նպաստում են երեխաների եւ դեռահասների խոլեստերինի մակարդակի բարձրացմանը։ Առաջինը անառողջ սնվելն է, հատկապես ճարպերով հարուստ սննդվ: Ռիսկի մեկ այլ կարեւոր գործոն կարող է լինել ընտանեկան պատմությունը։ Երեխան, ում ծնողները խոլեստերինի մարձր մակարդակ ունեն, ավելի հավանական է, որ նույն վիճակում լինեն, քան մյուս երեխաները: Երրորդ գործոնը կապված է ավելորդ քաշի հետ, իսկ մանկական ճարպակալումն այսօր խնդիրների խնդիրն է։

Շատ բան կարելի է անել այս հիվանդության դեմ պայքարում ձեր երեխային օգնելու համար: Անպայման տվեք նրան թարմ մրգեր եւ բանջարեղեն, ամբողջահատիկային հաց եւ փաթիլներ, ցածր յուղայնությամբ կաթ եւ մածուն, իսկ ամենօրյա սննդակարգում ներառեք օսլա պարունակող մթերքներ (կարտոֆիլ, բրինձ, մակարոնեղեն եւ այլն): Սննդակարգում եւ կենսակերպում որոշակի փոփոխություններ կատարելը կարող է արդյունավետորեն օգնել ձեր երեխային հաղթահարել աթերոսկլերոզը: Դուք կարող եք վերահսկել ձեր երեխայի խոլեստերինի մակարդակը ճիշտ սննդակարգի, ֆիզիկական վարժությունների եւ քաշի նվազեցման, իսկ երբեմն նաեւ՝ դեղորայքի միջոցով:
