NEWS.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Ապարան համայնքի տարածքում երկու օր առաջ հնչած կրակոցների դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձերբակալված 32-ամյա տղամարդը Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանն է։

Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը Արագածոտնի մարզի Ձորագլուխ համայնքից է։

Նշենք, որ մամուլում շրջանառվում է նաեւ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի եղբոր՝ Հայկ Հովհաննիսյանի մասնակցությունն այդ դեպքին։

Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ՝ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը եղբոր հետ շաբաթ օրը երեկոյան՝ 22:30-ի սահմանում Ապարան քաղաքում ավտոմեքենան վարելու ընթացքում ձայնային ազդանշան է տվել «Infinity» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, շրջանցել մեքենան ու կանգնեցրել այն, ապա մոտեցել են վարորդին, վիճել նրա հետ: Միջամտել են Ապարան քաղաքի մի խումբ բնակիչներ: Վիճաբանությունը շարունակելու նպատակով հաջորդ օրը նա եղբոր եւ մի քանի անձանց հետ, նորից գնացել են Ապարան, որտեղ գտնվող գազալցակայանի տարածքում հանդիպել են նախօրդ օրը իրենց վեճին միջամտած անձանցից մեկին եւ ծեծի ենթարկել նրան:

Ավելի ուշ՝ երեկոյան, վիճաբանությունը շարունակվել է Նիգավան գյուղի աղբանոցի հարակից տարածքում՝ որի ընթացքում էլ 32-ամյա տղամարդը իր մոտ եղած հրացանից կրակոցներ է արձակել իրենց հետ վիճող անձանց ուղղությամբ: Հրազենային վնասվածքներով Ապարանի բուժկենտրոն տեղափոխված Ապարան քաղաքի երկու բնակիչները մահացել են, իսկ հինգ անձ տեղափոխվել են Երեւանի բժշկական կենտրոններ:

Լրատվամիջոցների տեղեկություններով՝ եղբայրները եղել են Քաղաքացիական Պայմանագիր խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մաթեւոս Ասատրյանի հարազատները եւ Արագածոտնի ՔՊ-ական փոխմարզպետ Էդգար Փարվանյանի հորեղբոր որդին, իսկ վիճաբանությունը սկսվել է նրանից, որ Ապարանցի երիտասարդները հայհոյել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Ընդ որում, կան տեղեկություններ, որ նրանք կրակել են ոչ թե որսորդական հրացանից, ինչպես պնդում է ոստիկանությունը, այլ «Կալաշինիկով» տիպի ինքնաձիգից: «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մաթեւոս Ասատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հերքել է իր եւ իր ընտանիքի անդամների մասնակցությունը միջադեպին։ Այս տեղեկությունները կեղծ է որակել նաեւ փոխմարզպետ Էդգար Փարվանյանը։

Մահացած եւ տուժած բոլոր 7 քաղաքացիներն էլ Ապարանից էին։ Մահացած տղաները՝ 27–ամյա Համիկ Միքայելյանն ու Տիգրան Հարությունյանն էին։  Երկուսն էլ ամուսնացած չէին։ Համիկն աշխատում էր ՊՆ զորամասերից մեկում։  Մյուս մահացածը՝ 27-ամյա Տիգրան Հարությունյանը աշխատում էր Ապարանի «Գնթունիք» սննդի կենտրոնում: Նա Ապարանի համայնքապետ Կարեն Եղիազարյանի բարեկամն է:

18-ամյա Հրաչյա Երեմյանը եւ Տիգրան Ղազարյանը, որոնք դասընկերներ են, նույնպես այդ միջադեպի հետեւանքով վիրավորվել են եւ գտնվում են հիվանդանոցում։ Հրաչյան, ըստ ապարանցիների՝ երկու օրից պետք է զորակոչվեր բանակ, իսկ Տիգրանը երկկողմանի ծնողազուրկ լինելու պատճառով ազատված է բանակից։ Նրան խնամում է տատը։ Մյուս երկու վիրավորները նույնպես Ապարան քաղաքի բնակիչներ են, ըստ լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումների՝ նրանց 32-ամյա Սասուն Հայրապետյանն ու 33-ամյա Արմեն Բաղդասարյանն են։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով (Սպանությունը, որը կատարվել է շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով) եւ 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (Ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) հարուցվել է քրեկան գործ։
