Վրաստանն արգելք կսահմանի ցորենի և գարու արտահանման վրա

Վրաստանի կառավարությունը որոշում է ընդունել այս երկրից ընթացիկ տարվա հուլիսի 4-ից մինչեւ 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ը ցորենի եւ գարու արտահանման արգելքի վերաբերյալ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Վրաստանի գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Օթար Շամուգիան: Տարվա ընթացքում Վրաստանն սպառում է 700-800 հազար տոննա ցորեն:

Երկրի ցորենի հիմնական մասը երկիրը ներկրում է Ռուսաստանից, Ղազախստանից, Ուկրաինայից եւ ԱՄՆ-ից: Ռուսաստանին բաժին է ընկնում այդ հացահատիկի ներմուծման 70 տոկոսը: Դրա արժեքը ամենաշահավետն էր Վրաստանի համար: «Կառավարությունը որոշում է ընդունել ընթացիկ տարվա հուլիսի 4-ից մինչեւ 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ը Վրաստանից ցորենի եւ գարու ներմուծման արգելքի վերաբերյալ: Այս փուլում սահմանափակումները չեն տարածվում եգիպտացորենի արտահանման վրա»,-հայտարարել է Շամուգիան: Նրա խոսքով՝ հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանի իրադրությունը, պարենային անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար կարեւոր է տեղական արտադրության ցորենն ու գարին վաճառել միայն ներքին շուկայում:

«Շրջակա միջավայրի եւ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը մի շարք հանդիպումներ է անցկացրել ցորենի եւ գարու արտադրողների հետ եւ լսել նրանց դիրքորոշումները: Արտադրողների խոսքով, ելնելով առկա պահանջարկից, իրենք կկարողանան լիովին իրականացնել երկրում արտադրված բերքը»,-հայտարարել է Շամուգիան: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ չնայած այն բանին, որ Վրաստանը լիովին կախված է ցորենի ներմուծումից (տարեկան 500 հազար տոննա) եւ չի կարող արտահանել արտադրանքը, ներկա իրադրությունը կստեղծի այն բանի ռիսկը, որ որոշակի քանակությամբ ցորեն, այնուամենայնիվ, արտահանվելու է երկրից: Ինչ վերաբերում է գարուն, ապա վրացական գարին արտահանվում Է Իրաք եւ Իրան: Անասնաբուծության, թռչնաբուծության եւ խոզաբուծության բնագավառում կարեւոր Է, որ գարին ներկա փուլում վաճառվի միայն վրացական շուկայում: Ցորենի գինը միջազգային շուկաներում սկսել Է աճել 2021 թվականի ամռանից: Ուստի Վրաստանի ալրաղաց կոմբինատների համար շահավետ Էր վերամշակել ներմուծված ցորենը եւ ալյուրն արտադրել տեղում, հաղորդել Է Sputnik-ը:
