Արցախի Արդարություն կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրում է.

Միայն հայտարարել, որ Արցախը երբեք չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, որ դա մեր համար կարմիր գիծ է՝ դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ այդ վտանգը կվերանա, կամ վերանալու է: Այսօր, առավել քան երբևէ, անհրաժեշտ է, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները իրենց վրա վերցնեն նախաձեռնողականությունը և սկսեն ակտիվ աշխատել: Անհրաժեշտ է դրսևորել կամային հատկանիշներ, որպեսզի բոլորին ցույց տանք, որ մենք կանք և իրավունք ունենք լինելու: Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի շրջանակներում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի արդյունավետության հարցը պարբերաբար եղել է քննարկման առարկա, և այսօր ևս նման հարցադրումն առավել քան հիմնավոր է թվում:  

Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունը շարունակում է մնալ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման մանդատ ունեցող միակ միջազգային ձևաչափը: Եթե Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքը դադարեցվի, կմնան երկու ակտիվ եռակողմ ձևաչափեր ՝ Մոսկվայի և Բրյուսելի միջնորդությամբ։ Երկու ձևաչափերի շրջանակներում էլ ցավոք առաջնահերթ է կարգավորման այնպիսի միջոցառումներ, ինչպիսիք են հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումը, սահմանի հստակեցումը, Երևանի և Բաքվի հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը, բայց ոչ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը, կարգավիճակը։

Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները պետք է կարողանան ստիպել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններին, որ նրանք հրավերներ ուղարկեն ԵԱՀԿ բոլոր երեք համանախագահներին՝ այցելելու Հայաստան՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը և նրա կարգավիճակը քննարկելու համար։ Սա կարող է դառնալ միակ հարթակը, որտեղ Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի ներկայացուցիչները կկարողանան երկխոսություն վարել։ Նման նախաձեռնությունը միանշանակ նոր լիցք է հաղորդելու Մինսկի խմբին։
