Հուլիսի 5-ին կայացած ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի «Ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության մասին» կոնվենցիայի մասնակից պետությունների գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նիստի ընթացքում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Քրիստիան Տեր-Ստեփանյանը հանդես է եկել ելույթով։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:

ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը գոհունակություն է հայտնել ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի բանահյուսական ժառանգության պահպանման նպատակով միջազգային աջակցության տրամադրման որոշման կապակցությամբ՝ ընդգծելով, որ Հայաստանը մեծապես կարևորում է հայոց հազարամյա պատմության հետքերը պահպանող այդ մարզի մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանումը։

Քրիստիան Տեր-Ստեփանյանը մտահոգություն է հայտնել 2020 թ․ աշնանն Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի հետևանքների առնչությամբ, որի ետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի որոշ տարածքներ, այդ թվում՝ Հադրութը և Շուշին, ենթարկվել են հայաթափման։

ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը, մասնավորապես, ընդգծել է, որ բնակչության բռնի տեղահանման հետևանքով լուրջ վտանգ է սպառնում նաև նրանց մշակութային ժառանգությանը, որն անհնար է փոխանցել կամ ապահովել դրա կենսունակությունն ու պահպանումը։

Ամփոփելով ելույթը՝ ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչը վերահաստատել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ ժողովրդի ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։
