«Աշխարհը թեւակոխել է մերկ #աշխարհաքաղաքականության դարաշրջան, որտեղ, ցավոք, նորմերը, սկզբունքները, բարոյականությունը մղվել է հետին պլան։ Ուստի, երբ խոսում ենք մեր ժողովրդի իղձերի, նրա երազանքների ու ցանկությունների մասին, միանգամայն ակնհայտ է, որ միջազգային իրավունքի, մարդու իրավունքների ու ազատությունների վրա հիմնված ցանկությունները, պահանջները, կարծիքները, ցավոք սրտի, լավագույն դեպքում ի գիտություն են ընդունվում։
 
Այժմ մենք կանգնած ենք գոյաբանական բնույթի սպառնալիքների առջև, իսկ դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է սառնասրտություն, պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ, հայրենասիրություն, աշխատանքի ճիշտ կազմակերպում, համբերություն և անսպառ աշխատունակություն։ Շատ կարևոր է հնարավորինս հեռու մնալ դեմագոգներից, սադրիչներից, սուտի հայրենասերներից, ովքեր «սոցիալական ցանցերում և լեզվակռիվներում կրծում են թշնամիների կոկորդը»։ Այս ամենն է ներկա պայմաններում հանդիսանում ժողովրդի ու պետության փրկության երաշխիքը։
 
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, երբեք մի կորցրեք հավատն ու ինքնատիրապետումը, երբեք։ Երբեք մի վստահեք դեմագոգներին, լաչառներին և պատահական մարդկանց: Լաչառնն ու բղավողները երբեք իսկական հայրենասեր չեն լինում, հասկացեք վերջապես։ Ահա դժվարությունները հաղթահարելու առանցքային բաղադրիչները, որոնց շնորհիվ հնարավոր է դառնում փրկել երկիրը նույնիսկ պատմության ամենադժվար ժամանակաշրջաններում։ Իսկ եթե ճիշտ մտածենք, հասկանանք, որ մեր ուժը խելքի, ազնվության ու պարկեշտության մեջ է, ապա նվազագույն ծրագիրը՝ #Արցախ/ի փրկությունը, կկարողանանք իրականացնել»։
