2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից կբարձրանա կենսաթոշակի և նպաստի չափը: Կառավարության օգոստոսի 24-ի հերթական նիստի ժամանակ նախագիծը ներկայացրեց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար` Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից սահմանել` աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելու համար հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը՝ 21000 դրամ (18000 դրամի փոխարեն), զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը հաշվարկելու համար հիմնական կենսաթոշակի չափը՝ 20000 դրամ (18000 դրամի փոխարեն), նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի չափը` 30500 դրամ (28600 դրամի փոխարեն), պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի զինծառայողի հաշմանդամության զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափերը` ա․ առաջին խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 45000 դրամ (43000 դրամի փոխարեն), բ․ երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 35000 դրամ (33000 դրամի փոխարեն), գ․ երրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամի համար՝ 32000 դրամ (30000 դրամի փոխարեն), պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության շարքային կազմի մահացած (զոհված) զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամի կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում զինվորական կենսաթոշակի չափը՝ 32000 դրամ (30000 դրամի փոխարեն)։

Արդյունքում ակնկալվում է, որ աշխատանքային կենսաթոշակի միջին ամսական չափը կավելանա շուրջ 3100 դրամով կամ 7.1 տոկոսով, զինվորական կենսաթոշակները՝ 5200 դրամով կամ 6.8 տոկոսով: Առաջարկվում է բարձրացնել նաև ծերության, հաշմանդամության և կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերը` դրանք սահմանելով 30500 դրամ (28600 դրամի փոխարեն), իսկ հաշմանդամ երեխա ճանաչված անձի համար՝ 39000 դրամ (37000 դրամի փոխարեն)։ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ բավականին լավ տնտեսական ցուցանիշներ են գրանցվել, և պետական եկամուտները հարկային եկամուտների մասով գերակատարվել է ավելի քան 70 միլիարդ դրամով:

«Կենսաթոշակի և նպաստի բարձրացումը, որը պետք է իրականացվեր 2023 թվականի հունվարի մեկից, որոշեցինք իրականացնել 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից: Բազային կենսաթոշակը ավելանում է 17 տոկոսով, իսկ կենսաթոշակի միջին բարձրացումը 7 տոկոսով: Ուզում ասել նաև, որ մյուս տարվա հուլիսի 1-ի կենսաթոշակի և նպաստի բարձրացումը շարունակում է մնալ ուժի մեջ»,- ասաց վարչապետը:
