Աշխատանքային այցով Հայաստան գտնվող Օմսկի նահանգապետ Ալեքսանդր Բուրկովը պաշտոնական ու գործնական հանդիպումներից զատ, հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել հայ-ռուսական մշակութային առնչություններին և համագործակցության հեռանկարներին։ Նահանգապետն այցելել է Երևանում ռուսական գրքի տուն, որն անցյալ տարի սեպտեմբերին հիմնադրել է մեկենաս (меценат)-գործարար Մհեր Ավետիսյանը:  

Բուրկովն ու Ավետիսյանը շրջայց են կատարել գրատանը, նահանգապետը ծանոթացել է մշակութային եզակի կենտրոնի աշխատանքներին, պայմաններին, ապա գրառում արել պատվավոր հյուրերի մատյանում․ Բարձրաստիճան հյուրը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Կենտրոնին՝ ռուսական գրականության հանդեպ մեծ սիրո և ռուս գրողների հանրահռչակման համար (տեսանյութն՝ այստեղ)։

Մհեր Ավետիսյանի խոսքով, նման հաստատությունները հրաշալի հնարավորություն են ընձեռում՝ զարգացնելու հայ-ռուսական կապերը, խթանել երկու երկրների միջև մշակութային երկխոսությանն ու համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը։

Նշենք, որ ռուսական գրքի Տունը դարձել է յուրատեսակ հարթակ է դարձել ոչ միայն ընթերցանության, այլև ռուսաց լեզվին և ավանդույթներին նվիրված տարաբնույթ հանդիպումների կազմակերպման համար։ Բազմաֆունկցիոնալ կենտրոնը հիանալի հարթակ է նրանց համար, որոնք ցանկանում են Հայաստանում դառնալ ռուսական մշակույթի մի մասը։ Հատկանշական է, որ կառույցը միակն է աշխարհում, որն ունի անժամկետ մուտքի արտոնություն՝ օգտվելու Ելցինի անվան Նախագահական գրադարանից, որտեղ պահպանվում են 200 հազար արխիվային նյութեր։ 

Ռուսական գրքի Տան ֆոնդը ձևավորվում է՝ հաշվի առնելով ընթերցողների ցանկությունը․ ներկայացված են ինչպես ռուս հեղինակներ, այնպես էլ՝չհնացող դասականներ։ Կենտրոնի համար Օմսկի նահանգապես Ալեքսանդր Բուրկովի այցը նաև հնարավորություն, հաճելի առիթ էր՝ գրքերի ֆոնդը նոր ու արժեքավոր հրատարակություններով համալրելու տեսակետից։ Բուրկովը Օմսկի պատմությանը վերաբերող գիրք նվիրեց ռուսական գրատանը, ինչպես նաև ռուս մեծանուն գրող Ֆյոդոր Դոստոևսկուն նվիրված աշխատություն։

«Մենք, ի պատիվ Դոստոևսկու 200-ամյակի, ընդամենը 1000 այսպիսի գիրք ենք հրատարակել։ Դա նվիրված է Ֆյոդոր Միխայլովիչի կյանքին և ստեղծագործությանը՝ հատկապես կապված Օմսկի հետ», - ընդգծել է Բուրկովը։
