«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

2022 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակի տնտեսական աճի թվերը գործող իշխանությունների համար դարձել են գլուխ գովելու և պաթետիկ հայտարարությունների առիթ, թեպետ տնտեսագետների մեծ մասը կարծում է, որ ոչ թե մեր տնտեսության ներուժն է ավելացել, ոչ թե մեր տնտեսության ներսում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների հետևանք են այդ զարգացումները, այլ կարճաժամկետ արտաքին գործոնների արդյունք: Աուդիտորների պալատի նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանն էլ կարծում է, որ այս կառավարությունն ընդհանրապես կապ չունի տնտեսական աճի հետ:

«Երբ վերլուծում ենք տնտեսական աճը, տեսնում ենք, որ ծառայությունների ոլորտը աճ է գրանցել բացառապես զբոսաշրջիկների հաշվին: Ընդ որում՝ առավել աճ գրանցած ոլորտները ռեստորանային, հյուրանոցային և խաղային ուղղություններն են: Այսինքն, մենք ներհոսք ենք ունեցել ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի ֆոնին, ինչի արդյունքում նաև ունենք ռուսական բիզնես հետաքրքրություններ ունեցող անձինք, նաև մշակութային այցով ՀՀ-ում գտնվող զբոսաշրջիկներ: Կառավարությունը որևէ կապ չունի նշված հանգամանքների հետ: Կառավարության ցանկացած պատասխանատու անձ տնտեսական աճից խոսելիս պետք է գլուխը կախի: Եթե այսքանը չեն հասկանում, ուրեմն գործ ունենք յուրահատուկ պնդերեսության, ամոթի բացակայության հետ»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է Սարգսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ կառավարությունը միայն մեկ հարցում ունի իր, այսպես ասած, «դերակատարությունը»:

Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ Արցախից հանձնված բնակավայրերից տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցները տեղափոխվել են Հայաստան, ու նաև այս գործոնով պայմանավորված՝ առաջացել է բնակարանների ձեռքբերման բնական պահանջարկ, ինչը նպաստել է շինարարության աճին:
