Առաջին, Հայաստանի հետ տարվող բանակցություններում ինչ-որ բան այնպես չի ընթանում, հնարավոր է՝ դա կապված է կոնկրետ գործընթացի տեմպերի հետ։

Երկրորդ, Ադրբեջանը փորձում է վերանայել իր քաղաքականությունն առաջնագծում՝ առավել կոշտացնելով տարբեր իրադրություններում գործադրվող միջոցառումները։
