ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում նոր չափորոշիչը ներդնելու նպատակով 2-րդ, 5-րդ, 7-րդ, 10-րդ դասարանների առարկայական ծրագրերը, որոնք Տավուշի մարզում փորձարկվելուց հետո լրամշակվել են:

Նշվել է, որ Տավուշի մարզի բոլոր հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2-րդ, 5-րդ, 7-րդ և 10-րդ դասարաններում իրականացվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2021 թվականի փետրվարի 4-ի N 136-Ն որոշմամբ նոր խմբագրությամբ շարադրված հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշչի և դրա հիման վրա մշակված ու ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի 2021 թվականի ապրիլ և մայիս ամիսների համապատասխան հրամաններով հաստատված առարկայական նոր չափորոշիչների և ծրագրերի ներդրման փորձնական ծրագիրը:

Հումանիտար և հասարակագիտական առարկաների մասով փորձարկման ընթացքը համակարգել է «Կրթության զարգացման և նորարարությունների ազգային կենտրոն» հիմնադրամը, իսկ բնագիտական, տեխնոլոգիական, ճարտարագիտական և մաթեմատիկական (ԲՏՃՄ) առարկաների մասով՝ «Այբ» կրթական հիմնադրամը: Իրականացվել են ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստումներ, ինչպես նաև տրամադրվել է մենթորական աջակցություն:

Չափորոշիչը հիմնված է ութ կարողունակությունների վրա, որոնք հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների սովորողների շրջանում պետք է զարգացնել ուսումնառության ընթացքում, իսկ հետագայում՝ կրթական այլ հաստատություններում և ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում։ Կարողունակությունների զարգացման ուղղությունները նկարագրելու համար չափորոշչում սահմանվել են տարրական, հիմնական և միջնակարգ կրթության վերջնարդյունքները, որոնք վերառարկայական են:

2021-2022 ուսումնական տարվա ավարտին փորձարկման արդյունքների հիման վրա լրամշակվել են ծրագրերը, որոնք ՀՀ բոլոր ուսումնական հաստատություններում պետք է ներդրվեն 2023-2024 ուսումնական տարում:
