Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ադրբեջանական վերջին ագրեսիայի օրերին, դրանից հետո առաջնագծի, սահմանային հատվածի մի շարք ուղղություններով եմ եղել։

Մեծ թվով խնդիրների մասին այս փուլում դեռ չեմ խոսի, սակայն կանդրադառնամ դրանից առանցքայինին։

Ագրեսիայի, մարտական գործողությունների կամ պատերազմի պարագայում մոբիլիզացիոն գործընթացը պետք է իրականացնել ոսկերչական ճշգրտությամբ։

Այն ճանապարհով, որով իշխանությունն է գնում ոչ միայն զինված ուժերի ներուժի կտրուկ աճի չի բերելու, այլ վտանգելու է եղածը։

Կրկնում եմ՝ այս փուլում չեմ ցանկանում դետալացնել ասելիքս՝ նոր պատերազմի սպառնալիքը շարունակում է գլխներիս կախված լինել, սակայն իմ համար արդեն միանշանակ է, որ իշխանությունը առաջնագծի ամրապնդման, անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսի համալրման, սցենարային զարգացումներին պատրաստ լինելուն ուղղված բավարար քայլեր չի ձեռնարկում։

Նույնիսկ այն ուղղություններում, որտեղ ինչ որ բան արվում է՝ կամ անելիքը բուն նպատակին չի ծառայում կամ այն իր լիարժեք խնդիրը չի լուծում։

Այս իրադրությունը բնականաբար բարդացնում է զորքերի առաջ դրված մարտական խնդրի կատարումը, մեծացնում մեր զինծառայողների առանց այդ էլ խիստ ծանրաբեռնված վիճակը։

Մեր զինծառայողների նվիրվածությանը, խնդիր կատարելու քաջությանը, հայրենիքին անմնացորդ նվիրվելուն երբեք չեմ կասկածել, բայց իշխանության վարքագիծը ստեղծված իրադրությունում վնասում է և՛ զորքերի մարտունակության անհրաժեշտ մակարդակին բերելուն, և՛ տեղերում առավել արդյունավետ գործելուն։

Զորքերի համալրումն իրականցրեք այնպես, ինչպես գրված է համապատասխան փաստաթղթերում, պլաններում, այլ ոչ թե ըստ քաղաքական նպատակահարմարության կամ օրվա տրամադրության։
