25 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար` մասնավոր հատվածին աջակցելու համար

Ակբա բանկի և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ) համագործակցության արդյունքում 25 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կուղղվի Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացմանը՝ միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների, ինչպես նաև կանանց կողմից ղեկավարվող ընկերություններին ֆինանսավորելու միջոցով: Ֆինանսավորումը տրամադրվելու է և՛ ՀՀ դրամով, և՛ ԱՄՆ դոլարով:

Նշված միջոցներից շուրջ 7 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարն Ակբա բանկը ներգրավել է EU4Business-EBRD վարկային գծի ծրագրի շրջանակում, որի շնորհիվ բանկը տեղական ընկերություններին կօգնի դառնալ ավելի մրցունակ՝ իրենց ապրանքների և ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացման, ինչպես նաև «կանաչ» տեխնոլոգիաներում ներդրումներ կատարելու միջոցով: EU4Business նախաձեռնության շրջանակում Եվրոպական միությունը նաև խրախուսական դրամաշնորհներ՝ քեշբեքեր և անվճար տեխնիկական աջակցություն կտրամադրի: Որպես 25 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ֆինանսական փաթեթի մաս՝ 4 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար էլ կտրամադրվի «Կանայք բիզնեսում» (WiB) ծրագրին, որը խթանում է կանանց մասնակցությունը բիզնեսում և աջակցություն է ստանում ԵՄ-ի կողմից: Ստորագրման արարողությանը մասնակցել է նաև Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակության համագործակցության բաժնի ղեկավար Ֆրանկ Հեսսը։

«Ակբա բանկը և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը համագործակցության հարուստ պատմություն ունեն: ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ մեր ամուր համագործակցությունը սկսել ենք 2003 թվականից: Այժմ մենք 25 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ֆինանսավորման նոր պայմանագրեր ենք ստորագրում, որի մի մասը կրկին տեղական արժույթով է։ Այս միջոցներով Ակբա բանկը կֆինանսավորի հայաստանյան ՓՄՁ-ներին, բիզնեսը հնարավորություն կստանա ԵՄ չափանիշներին համապատասխան անհրաժեշտ տեխնոլոգիաներ և սարքավորումներ ներգրավել: Ծրագրի կարևոր է կոմպոնենտ է կանանց ձեռներեցության խթանումը»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյան:

«Հայաստանում Ակբա բանկը մեզ համար առանցքային գործընկեր է: Հպարտ ենք շուրջ քսան տարվա մեր համագործակցության համար: Ցանկանում ենք Հայաստանում նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծել ՓՄՁ-ների զարգացման համար, կարևոր է աջակցել նաև կանանց կողմից կառավարվող ընկերություններին: Շարունակելու ենք աջակցել տնտեսության մասնավոր հատվածին և նպաստել Հայաստանի զարգացմանը:  Համագործակցության համար շնորհակալ ենք նաև Եվրոպական միությանը, որն աջակցել է այս ֆինանսավորմանը: Այս ամենից բացի, ցանկանում եմ Ակբա բանկին շնորհավորել նաև տեղական շուկայում իր բաժնետոմսերի՝ առաջնային հրապարակային տեղաբաշխում իրականացնելու համար: Սա շատ կարևոր էր և՛ բանկի զարգացման, և՛ երկրի տնտեսության համար»,- նշել է ՎԶԵԲ-ի նախագահ Օդիլ Ռենո-Բասոն:

Ակբա բանկը Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգի առաջատարներից է, երկրի գյուղոլորտի ֆինանսավորման բացարձակ առաջատարը: 2021 թվականին իրականացված բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային հրապարակային տեղաբաշխումից (IPO) հետո Ակբա բանկն ունի ավելի քան 5200 բաժնետեր: Թվային նորագույն լուծումների ներդրման, ինչպես նաև նոր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման շնորհիվ բանկն անդադար զարգացնում է տրամադրվող ֆինանսական ծառայությունների քանակն ու որակը: Ակբան ներկայացված է Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում, ունի 63 մասնաճյուղ, համարվում է երկրի և ֆինանսական համակարգի խոշոր գործատուներից մեկը:

1992 թվականից սկսած ՎԶԵԲ-ը Հայաստանում 201 ծրագրում ներդրել է շուրջ 2 միլիարդ եվրո:
