Պատերազմից երկու տարի անց իմ զգացողությունների մեջ ոչինչ չի փոխվել, բացի նրանից, որ հայրենի հողի համար նահատակված եւ արդարությանը սպասող տղերքը շատացել են…

Անարդար է, որ ես ձեզ տեսնում եմ, իսկ դուք ինձ՝ չէ։ Անարդար է, որ հավաքվել ենք սեղանի շուրջ, ու սեղանին դուք եք…
 
Եթե ավելի շուտ պսակվեի՝ ձեր տարիքի տղերք կունենայի։ Ուստի, դուք էլ իմն եք, իմ տղերքն եք… Աղվամազային գազոնից մինչև ձյաձյաների թրաշ ունեցող իմ տղերքը։
Ո՞վ է փակել ձեր աչքերը, ապերներ։
 
Ի՞նչ տարաք ձեր սրընթաց կյանքից՝ որպես վերջին հուշ։
Էն ո՞վ է էն շուստրին, որ կիսափակ աչքերի տակից փորձում է հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչ է կատարվում իր շուրջը մահից հետո…

Տղերք ջան, գոնե հասցրեցի՞ք սիրահարվել, մեկին պաչել, գրկել ու պաշտպանել՝ այնպես, ինչպես Հայրենիքը գրկեցիք որպես ձեր վերջին հաճույք…
Բա չիմացաք, ախպերներ։
 
Ձեր կարկամած, անդամահատված, ջլատված մարմինների վրա բորենիներ են գալիս, արյան հոտը հեռվից զգացող շակալներ, որ դի են փնտրում սեփական փորը լցնելու, կշտանալու ու ձեր անկյանք աճյունների վրա ինքնահաստատվելու համար…
Էս հիմարներն էլ չգիտեն, որ ձեր մահից հետո անգամ ձեր մեջ ավելի շատ կյանք կա, քան դրանց փտած ու փչացած պորտերում։
