Ամերիկացի զբոսաշրջիկը Վատիկանում ջարդուփշուր է արել երկու հին հռոմեական քանդակներ. Միջադեպը տեղի է ունեցել Վատիկանի թանգարանների մաս կազմող Chiaramonti թանգարանում։

Թանգարանն ունի մոտ 1000 հնագույն քանդակ եւ «հռոմեական դիմանկարների լավագույն հավաքածուներից մեկն» աշխարհում:

Դրանցից երկուսին այժմ անորոշ ապագա է սպասվում այն բանից հետո, երբ զայրացած զբոսաշրջիկը հարվածել է նրանց՝ փախչելով դեպքի վայրից:
