ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի և ԵԽ նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի՝ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին կայացած հանդիպումից հետո կողմերը հայտարարություն են տարածել, որի մի կետում ասվում է.

Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը հաստատեցին իրենց հանձնառությունը ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությանը և 1991թ. Ալմա-Աթայի Հռչակագրին, որոնց միջոցով երկու կողմերն էլ ճանաչում են միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը: Մյուս կետում ասվում է. Հայաստանն իր համաձայնությունը հայտնեց՝ խրախուսելու ԵՄ քաղաքացիական առաքելությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանի երկայնքով: Ադրբեջանը համաձայնեց համագործակցել նշյալ առաքելության հետ այնքանով, որքանով որ առնչություն կունենա:

Նկատենք՝ երեկ, մինչեւ այս հանդիպումն իր առաջարկներ ներկայացնելու մասին հայտնել էր պաշտոնական Մոսկվան: Մասնավորապես ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտնել էր, թե Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ խաղաղ պայմանագրի կնքման համար ՌԴ-ի համապարփակ առաջարկները փոխանցվել են Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին: Սակայն ռուսական կողմի առաջարկների մասին մանրամասներ այդպես էլ չէր նշվել եւ դատելով երեկվա հայտարարությունից, դրանք, բնականաբար չեն ընդունվել:

Իսկ ինչ առաջարկների մասին է խոսքը.

ArmLur.am-ի տեղեկություններով, պաշտոնական Մոսկվան առաջարկել է Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանի երկայնքով տեղակայել կամ ռուս կամ ՀԱՊԿ քաղաքացիական առաքելություն. այս առաջարկին սակայն Հայաստանը դեմ է եղել, Ադրբեջանը՝ ոչ այնքան: Մյուս կետով էլ ՌԴ-ն առաջարկել է չճանաչել Արցախը որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս, սակայն տեւական ժամանակով մոռանալ Արցախի որեւէ կարգավիճակի մասին:

Հավելենք, որ Պրահայից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկնելու է Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգ, Հայաստանից ՌԴ է մեկնում նաեւ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակությունը:
