Փնտրում եք բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատանք՝ սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ

Հայաստանում քաղաքական կարծիքները խիստ ծայրահեղական են' անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ գիտեն մարդիկ աշխարհում և մեր տարածաշրջանում ընթացող իրողությունների մասին։ Այս մասին տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է Նաիրի Հոխիկյանը:

«Մարդկանց գերակշիռ հատվածի համար կարևորը էմոցիան է' առանց հաշվի առնելու պետական ու ազգային շահը կամ անվտանգությունը։ Օրինակ, եթե հիմա ռուսները մեր ականջին հաճելի բաներ չեն ասում, ապա ատում ենք նրանց, կամ եթե ԱՄՆ մի պաշտոնյա գալիս այստեղ կոկորդիլոսի արցունք է թափում, ապա միանգամից թուլանում ու դառնում ենք ամերիկամետ։

Իրականում Հայաստանը հիմա բզկտվում է, և հանցանք է լինել ռուսամետ, ամերիկամետ, թուրքամետ կամ այլամետ։ Հիմա մեզ համար անչափ կարևոր է հասկանալ աշխարհի ընթացքը։

Երբ որոշ մարդիկ ինձ մեղադրում են ռուսամետ լինելու համար, իրենց հաշիվ չեն տալիս, թե ինչ կլինի այս փոքրիկ երկրի հետ, եթե մենք ուտենք արևմուտքի կորեկն ու պաշտոնապես երես թեքենք ռուսական կայսրությունից։ Ուկրաինայի օրինակը մեզ բավական չէ երևի։

Հայաստանի գազը, էլեկտրականությունը, երկաթուղին, հանքահումքային ռեսուրսները, բազմաթիվ այլ ենթակառուցվածքներ, ի վերջո, փող բերող խոպանչիները Ռուսաստանի ձեռքի տակ են։ Դուք գոնե հասկանում ե՞ք, թե ինչ է նշանակելու հրաժարվել Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններից։

Նույնիսկ եթե հրաժարվենք, ոչ ԱՄՆ-ն, ոչ Մեծ Բրիտանիան այստեղ չեն գա, մենք նրանց հետաքրիր ենք այնքանով, քանի դեռ ռուսներն են այստեղ։ Ռուսները գնացին, արևմուտքը մեր բանալիները հանձնելու է իր տարածաշրջանային ոստիկան Թուրքիային։ Գոնե հասկանում ե՞ք, թե ինչ կլինի մեզ հետ Թուրքիայի պարագայում, երբ այդ երկիրը ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկրորդ խոշոր բանակ ունեցողն է, տարբեր հաշվարկներով մոտ 700 հազար զորք ունի։

Ես էլ եմ հասկանում, որ Ռուսաստանի համար մեծ գին չունենք, որ մեզ կարող է նաև զոհաբերել, բայց թե մենք ինչ դեր կունենանք նրա համար, կարևոր է, թե ինչպիսի գործընկեր կլինենք, ինչպես կբանակցենք, ինչպես կխոսենք այդ երկրի հետ։

Ես միշտ ասել եմ, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն մեռելածին կառույց է, այն չի կարող մեզ համար անվտանգության ապահովում լինել, բայց դրանից դուրս գալը մեզ համար խիստ վտանգավոր է, իսկ հիմա եթե Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները փչացնենք, Ուկրաինայի ճակատագիրը կգա Հայաստան։

Դա՞ եք ուզում։

Մարդիկ, որոնք ԱՄՆ փողերով սնվող քարոզչության տակ հիմա գոռում են, թե քշենք ռուսներին այստեղից, վաղը առաջինն են փախչելու, երբ ռուսները հայտարարեն, թե սապոգի ուժով Հայաստանում կարգուկանոն են հաստատելու։ Ուզում եք, որ ռուսական տանկերը մտնեն Երևա՞ն։

Ու այդ ժամանակ ռուսները հաստատ Արցախը կհանձնեն Ադրբեջանին, քանի որ չեն ունենա դաշնակից Հայաստան։

Հիմա մեզ անհրաժեշտ է պահպանել Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները և անընդհատ խոսել այդ երկրի իշխանությունների հետ, հաճախ քննադատել, ցույց տալ, որ մենք դժգոհ ենք, պահանջել, բայց ոչ թշնամանալ։ Հիմա մենք պետք է կարողանանք հնարավորինս երկար ռուս զինվորին պահել Արցախում ու Սյունիքում, մինչև մի քիչ ինքներս ուշքի գանք, ազգային իշխանություն ունենանք, ազգային ռազմավարություն ձևավորենք, ինքներս մեզ վերագտնենք»,- գրել է Հոխիկյանը:
