Սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ին 82 տարեկան հասակում կյանքից հեռացել է ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի ակադեմիկոս, ֆիզիկամաթեմատիկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Վլադիմիր Միքայելի Հարությունյանը:

Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանը ծնվել է 1940թ-ին: Նա 1964թ-ին ավարտել է Կիևի պոլիտեխնիկական ինստիտուտը, 1969թ-ին՝ Հայաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Էլեկտրոնիկայի և ռադիոֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի ասպիրանտուրան։ 1965-1974թթ-ին եղել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Ռադիոֆիզիկայի և էլեկտրոնիկայի ինստիտուտի ինժեներ, գիտական աշխատող, ինստիտուտի գիտական քարտուղար, ավագ գիտական աշխատող, 1972-1974թթ-ին՝ կիսահաղորդչային սարքերի ֆիզիկայի լաբորատորիայի վարիչ, 1974թ-ին՝ Երևանի պետական համալսարանի կիսահաղորդիչների և դիէլեկտրոնների ամբիոնի վարիչ և դրան կից հիմնախնդիրների լաբորատորիայի գիտական ղեկավար, 2007թ-ին՝ Կիսահաղորդչային սարքերի և նանոտեխնալոգիաների կենտրոնի գիտական ղեկավար։

Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանի գիտական աշխատանքները վերաբերել են կիսահաղորդիչների ֆիզիկայի, էլեկտրաքիմիայի, կիսահաղորդչային սարքերի, միկրոէլեկտրոնիկայի, օպտոէլեկտրոնիկայի և արեգակնային էներգետիկայի բնագավառներին։ Նա ուսումնասիրել է անհավասարակշիռ երևույթները կիսահաղորդչային սարքերում, կիսահաղորդչային նյութերի ֆիզիկական և էլեկտորաքիմիական հատկությունները։

Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանը Հայաստանի ճարտարագիտական ակադեմիայի ակադեմիկոս էր, ՌԴ Բնական գիտությունների ակադեմիայի արտասահմանյան անդամ, «Արարատ» միջազգային ակադեմիայի (Փարիզ) թղթակից անդամ, Նյու-Յորքի Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի անդամ:

Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանը Հայաստանի գիտության վաստակավոր գործիչ էր, ՀՀ Նախագահի մրցանակի դափնեկիր, պարգևատրվել է «Անանիա Շիրակացի» մեդալով, Հայաստանի կրթության և գիտության նախարարության, Հայաստանի ճարտարագիտական ակադեմիայի, Երևանի և Օդեսայի համալսարանների, «2009 Ոսկե մեդալ Հայաստանի համար» (ԱՄՆ), «Համաշխարհային գիտության մեջ ավանդի համար» (ՌԴ.), «ArmTech 09» (ԱՄՆ) ոսկե մեդալներով:

ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիան սգում է անվանի գիտնականի մահը, ցավակցում ակադեմիկոս Հարությունյանի ընտանիքին, գործընկերներին, աշակերտներին: Մեծ գիտնականի հիշատակը վառ կմնա իր գործընկերների, աշակերտների և ուսանողների սրտերում:

Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանի հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը տեղի կունենա հոկտեմբերի 12-ին՝ ժամը 17.00-20.00-ը (հասցե՝ Խաչիկ Դաշտենցի փող. 68/1, սգո սրահ «ԷԴԵՄ»), հուղարկավորությունը` հոկտեմբերի 13-ին՝ ժամը 11.00-13.00-ը, նույն հասցեից:
