Հայտնի ձայնագրության մեջ, թշնամու 1-ին բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատարի տեղակալը, բացահայտումներ է արել 44-օրյա պատերազմի և դրանում ադրբեջանական զորքերի խնդիրների, հայկական բանակի ու տիրող իրավիճակի մասին։
Ձայնագրության մեջ ուշագրավ խոստովանություն է արել մեր 30 տարվա ստեղծած պաշտպանական համակարգի, հետախուզական միջոցների, տանկերի քանակի, հրթիռահրետանային համակարգերի ու դրանց արդյունավետության մասին։
Գնդապետը խոստովանել է, որ շատ ծանր է եղել 30 տարվա պաշտպանական համակարգի դեմ կռվել, գրեթե հավասար միջոցներով, ու, եթե թուրքական հրամանատարական կազմը ու ԱԹՍ- ները չլինեին, իրենց դժվար կլիներ հաջողության հասնել։
 
Մեր բանակի ու պաշտպանական համակարգի մասին շատ անգամներ է խոսել հենց իրենց նախագահը ու նույնիսկ ամիսներ առաջ խոստովանել էր, որ իրենց վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքներում ականների խնդիրը լուծելու համար գրեթե 30 տարի եւ 25 միլիարդ դոլար կպահանջվի։
 
Ադրբեջանցի բարձրաստիճան զինվորականը փաստում է, որ իրենց զորքերն իրականում պատրաստ չեն եղել պատերազմին, որ հայկական զորքերն` չնայած առկա խնդիրներին, լուրջ դիմադրություն են ցույց տվել, հետևաբար հայկական կողմի պարտության պատճառները պետք է որոնել ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության գործողություններում։ Համակարգված ու ուղղահայաց ղեկավարման դեպքում կունենայինք այլ պատկեր ու չէր փրկի նույնիսկ այդքան շատ թուրքական ու իսրայելական ԱԹՍ-ները:
 
Այս իշխանությունն մինչեւ հիմա ամեն կերպ փորձում է անել հակառակը. հեղինակազրկել ու կազմաքանդ անել կանոնավոր բանակը` վերածելով կամավորական խմբերի, տալով նրանց նահանջի և կազմակերպված պարտության կարգավիճակ:
 
Հ.Գ 30 տարվա ստեղծված պաշտպանական համակարգի շնորհիվ է, որ պատերազմից անցել է 2 տարի, առանց նոր ձեռք բերված սպառազինության ու զինամթերքի, մեր բանակը կանգուն է ու չնայած մեծ կորուստների գնով կասեցնում է թշնամու առաջխաղացումը։
