Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,


հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովը, բոլոր խմբակցությունների միաձայն որոշմամբ Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված օրհասական իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ ընդունել է կարևորագույն հայտարարություն, որով, ի թիվս այլոց, պահանջել է ՀՀ իշխանություններից բոլոր միջազգային հարթակներում հանդես գալ հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների շահերը պաշտպանելու դիրքերից և կոչ է արել աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը պաշտպանել Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքներն ու շահերը՝ նպաստելով Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչման գործին։ 


Արձագանքելով այս կոչին՝ «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհուրդը հայտարարում է․ 
Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշումը բխում է միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար նորմերից և որևէ կերպ վիճարկման ենթակա չէ։ Հայ ժողովուրդը մշտապես տեր է կանգնել  արցախաբնակ իր հատվածի արդարացի պայքարին, և շարունակելու է դա անել՝ անկախ հնարավոր դժվարություններից և վտանգներից։


Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող գործողությունները նպատակ ունեն Արցախի ժողովրդի հայրենազրկմանն ու ցեղասպանությանը և պետք է համարժեք հակազդեցություն ստանան հայ ժողովրդի բոլոր հատվածների կողմից, այլապես նույն ճակատագիրը կսպառնա նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը։ 


ՀՀ ցանկացած իշխանություն, առաջնորդվելով համազգային շահերով, պարտավոր է հետևողականորեն առաջ մղել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը և ստեղծված պայմաններում իրականացնել համազգային մոբիլիզացիա՝ պաշտպանելու Արցախի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությունը։ Ուստի Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ոտնահարումը՝ ցանկացած պատրվակով, հանդիսանում է հավաքական ազգային շահերի դավաճանություն և հանգեցնելու է տվյալ իշխանությունների հեռացմանը։  


«Համախմբում» շարժման խորհուրդը կոչ է անում իր բոլոր համախոհներին, մեր երկրի անվտանգությամբ և ապագայով շահագրգիռ բոլոր քաղաքացիներին ոտքի կանգնել և տեր կանգնել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքին։
