«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների՝ Սոչիում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումների հետ կապված պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններից զատ, ի հայտ են գալիս նաև նոր մանրամասներ, որոնք ի ցույց են դնում կողմերի իրական դիրքորոշումները: Ի մասնավորի, ռուսական աղբյուրների հետ սերտորեն աշխատող տեղեկատվական մի շարք հարթակներ արդեն իսկ դետալներ են ներկայացնում թե՛ երկկողմ, թե՛ եռակողմ հանդիպումներից: Նշվում է, որ ՌԴ նախագահի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հասկացրել է, որ պատրաստ է ընտրել կարգավորման արևմտյան տարբերակը, բայց պատրաստ է ընդունել նաև ռուսական առաջարկները: Նա նշել է, որ այդ տարբերակները համահունչ են:

Այս միտքն, ի դեպ, հրապարակային հատվածում առկա է: Ըստ նշյալ հարթակների, Պուտինը նշել է, որ իրականում տարբերությունները շատ են ու սկզբունքային: Ի դեպ, փորձագիտական շրջանակները ևս նշում են, որ «վաշինգտոնյան փաստաթղթում» Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին խոսք անգամ չկա, իսկ ռուսական տարբերակում շեշտվում է կարգավիճակի քննարկման անհրաժեշտությունը, թեկուզ և տարիներ հետո։ Կան նաև տեղեկություններ, որ ՌԴ նախագահը պարզ հասկացրել է, թե համաձայնելով արևմտյան տարբերակին կամ ընդունելով Ալիևի պահանջը՝ կնքել խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը 1991 թվականի Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի հիշատակմամբ, մեկընդմիշտ զրկվում ենք Արցախի կարգավիճակը քննարկելու հնարավորությունից, իսկ խաղաղապահները դուրս են գալիս Արցախից՝ բոլոր հետևանքներով։ Ըստ վերոնշյալ տեղեկատվական հարթակների, Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ իր որոշումը ամբողջովին գիտակցված է, և այլ տարբերակ չկա։

Ըստ տեղեկությունների, եռակողմ բանակցություններն անհամեմատ լարված մթնոլորտում են անցել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է այն հարցերին, որոնք դուրս են մնացել հայտարարությունից, ինչի մասին խոսեց ՌԴ նախագահը, դրանք վերաբերել են հենց Պուտինի բարձրացրած հարցերին՝ Արցախում ապրող հայերի անվտանգության հստակ երաշխիքներ, խաղաղապահների մանդատի երկրարեցում (ասում են՝ այստեղ Փաշինյանն էլ է ակտիվ եղել), ու ամենակարևորը՝ կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ հետաձգված քննարկման մասին ձևակերպում խաղաղության համաձայնագրի տեքստում։ Ըստ փորձագիտական շրջանակների, Փաշինյանը փաստացի դադարել է դիմադրել Արցախը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու ընթացքին։

Շատերն են նշում, որ արևմտյան տարբերակից հրաժարումն ու ռուսական հնարավորության օգտագործումը կարող էր հնարավորություն լինել Արցախը պահպանելու համար, բայց Փաշինյանն ընտրել է արևմուտքի առջև իր քաղաքական հեղինակությունն ու հետագա պաշտոնավարումը պահպանելը՝ թեկուզ Արցախի հաշվին: Ոչ մեկ անգամ մեզ հետ զրույցում փորձագետները նշել են, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունը պարզապես ձեռքերը լվանում է Արցախից, և Երևանը համաձայն է գնալ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման՝ առանց Արցախի հարցի:
