«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը հեռախոսազրույց էր ունեցել Փաշինյանի հետ. պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններից հայտնի դարձավ, որ պետքարտուղարը, մի շարք այլ արձանագրային ձևակերպումներից զատ, Փաշինյանին հորդորել է շարունակել առաջընթացը կոնկրետ արդյունքների ուղղությամբ՝ աջակցելու խաղաղ գործընթացին։ Շատերը տարակուսեցին, թե ինչու է միայն հայկական կողմին նման «հորդոր» ուղղվել: Սակայն, ըստ փորձագետների մեծամասնության կարծիքի, խնդիրն այստեղ միակողմանիությունը չէ, քանզի հեռախոսազրույցը հենց Փաշինյանի հետ է եղել, և խոսքն էլ, բնականաբար, նրան պետք է ուղղված լիներ:

Իրականում հարցն առավել խորքային ենթատեքստ ունի. ի մասնավորի, դիվանագիտական մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Բլինքենը բավականին կոշտ տոնայնությամբ է խոսել Փաշինյանի հետ, ինչն ունի աշխարհաքաղաքական պատճառներ։ Թերթի ԱԳՆ աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ ամերիկյան կողմը լրջորեն անհանգստացած է այն մեսիջներից, որոնք հնչում են հայկական քաղաքական տիրույթում՝ կապված հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ռուսական առաջարկների հետ։ Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները քանիցս հրապարակավ հայտարարել են, որ կողմ են ռուսական առաջարկներին (Արցախի հարցի կարգավորումը գալիք սերունդներին թողնելը, ռուս խաղաղապահների ժամկետների երկարաձգում և այլն):

Ըստ այդմ, ամերիկյան կողմը լուրջ անհանգստություն ունի, որ «ռուսական տարբերակը» «վաշինգտոնյանի» հանդեպ ժամանակի հետ կդառնա գերակշռող, ինչը կնշանակի Արևմուտքի՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերով ու նկրտումներով պայմանավորված պլանների ձախողում մեր տարածաշրջանում։ Բնականաբար, Ռուսաստանի ցանկացած ակտիվացում և ազդեցության գոտիների վերականգնում կամ ընդլայնում առաջ է բերում, մեղմ ասած, անհանգստություններ «հավաքական» Արևմուտքի ու մասնավորաբար ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից:
