Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, վերջերս հայ հասարակության լայն շերտերում սկսվեց քննարկվել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի Արցախի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու, Արցախում բնակություն հաստատելու, և վերջերս պետնախարարի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հարցը։

Մեր քաղաքացիների մի մասը սկսեց քննադատողաբար վերաբերվել, իսկ մյուսները մեծ հույսեր կապել նրա կերպարի շուրջ։ Հանրության մի մասը նրան կապեց՝ արևմուտքի մութ ուժերի հետ, մյուսները՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ «որպես դրսից ուղղարկված մարդ», բայց մեր հայրենակիցները մոռացան մի պարզ բան որ նրան ոչ թե ուղղարկել են այլ հայրենիքի հանդեպ պարտքի և բարոյականության սկզբունքներն են դրդել։

Այս ծանր օրերին ոչ թե հեռվից խորհուրդներ տալ, այլ գալ հայրենիք գործել ու գործել հանուն վաղվա լուսաբացի։ Երբ պատերազմից հետո մեր հայրենակիցներից շատերը լքեցին Արցախը, իսկ մյուսները թեկուզ մշուշոտ, բայց հույս ունենալով և հավատով որ Արցախը դեռ պետք է ապրի, շարունակեցին մնալ ու արարել բուժելով Արցախի մայր հողի պատռոտված վերքերը։ Ռուբենը լսելով հայրենիքի հառաչյունը և անտարբեր չմնալով նրա կանչին. եկավ Արցախ։ Նա այն հայտնի եզակի կերպարն է, որ որոշեց գալ հայրենիք և զբաղվել պետականաշինությամբ։

Եկավ որպեսզի կառուցի, և որպեսզի իր բաժին դեղահաբով մորմոքի Արցախը և արցախցու պատռոտված սիրտը։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նախկինում սերտ լինելով Արցախահայության և քաղաքական իշխանության հետ լավ գիտի Արցախցու դարդը և ցավը։ Նրան ճանաչում են աշխարհի շատ ժողովուրդներ, պետական և քաղաքական գործիչներ։

Հիշելով մի պարզ բան պետությունը աշխարհում ճանաչվում է իր քաղաքացիների գործունեության, խիզախության, սպորտի մշակույթի, կրոնի, գիտական և այլ արժեքների շնորհիվ եկե՛ք միասին ողջունենք Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի՝ Արցախում բնակության տեղափոխվելու փաստը, և հուսանք, որ այլ Հայ մեծեր ևս կհետևեն նրա օրինակին չէ՞ որ նրա այցից թշնամու քաղաքական վերնախավի մոտ ջղաձգումներ կան, ուրեմն միասին Վարդանյանին հաջողություն մաղթենք, մաղթենք հաջողություն նրա թիմին, մեր նախկին և ներկա քաղաքական իշխանություններին, ցանկանանք միասնություն, առողջություն, որ պատվով դուրս բերեն մեր հայրենիքը այս ծանր վիճակից ։
