Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին դեմ են նախկինները, որովհետև առանց միտինգ ու առանց բեմից ճառեր ասելու գնաց ու միացավ Արցախի փրկության գործին, հենց Ստեփանակերտից՝ ոչ թե Երևանի կենտրոնից։ Այս արձանագրումն արել է հայտնի բժիշկ Հայկ Մանասյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում՝ անդրադառնալով Արցախի պետնախարարի դեմ իրականացվող արշավին։

Նրա խոսքով` դեմ են նաև ներկաները, որովհետև իրենց պոտենցիալ մրցակիցն է, վստահաբար ավելի լավ կառավարման փորձով և հմտություններով։ Ու այս երկուսի կողմից թունավորվող տեղեկատվական դաշտը չի թողնում որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ռեյտինգ հավաքի, մարդկանց դառնա հասկանալի, ընդունելի։

Ավելացնենք, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին դեմ է նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։ Օրեր առաջ արևելյան գործընկերության հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ բանագնաց Դիրք Շյուբելի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Ալիևը հայտարարել էր, թե իրենք պատրաստ են խոսել Ղարաբաղում ապրող հայերի հետ, բայց ոչ Մոսկվայի կողմից ուղարկված Վարդանյանի պես մարդկանց հետ, նշել, թե իբր Վարդանյանը ուղարկվել է շատ հստակ օրակարգով։

Փաստացի ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի բավական ակտիվ և նախաձեռնողական գործունեության դեմ մի քանի ճակատներով են փորձում աշխատել։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ որոշակի դժգոհություն կա նաև Արցախի մի քանի շրջանակներից, որոնք սովորել էին հանգիստ իրենց համար ապրել, վայելել Հայաստանից ստացվող գումարները՝ փոխարենը ոչինչ չանելով Արցախի պաշտպանողականության բարձրացման, տնտեսական զարգացման համար։ Մինչդեռ այժմ եկել է մի մարդ, ով զգալի քաղաքական փորձ ունի և շատ ավելի մեծ փորձ հսկայական բիզնես նախագծեր իրականացնելու, եկել է թարմ գաղափարներով, նոր մտքերով և Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը բեկելու լուրջ ցանկությամբ։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը մի մարդ է, ով չունի որևէ պայմանավորվածություններ և պարտավորվածություններ ո՛չ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների, ո՛չ արցախյան այդ շրջանակների առջև, նրանց հետ կապված չէ կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներով և խնդիր չունի իրենց աշխատանքում թերացած մարդկանց հեռացնելու առւմով։ Հենց դա է ապացուցում Արցախի կառավարությունում իրականացվող լրջագույն փոփոխությունները, որոնք նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ստիպված է անել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի պահանջով։

Իհարկե, որոշ պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք իրենց բավականին լավ են դրսևորել, կկարողանան շարունակել իրենց աշխատանքը Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հետ, ապացուցել, որ իսկապես կարող են օգտակար լինել Արցախին, իսկ մեծ մասը կփոխարինվի շատ ավելի կարող կադրերով, ընդ որում ոչ միայն Արցախից, այլ նաև Հայաստանից և Սփյուռքից։
