ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, անկուսակցական Թագուհի Թովմասյանը սոցցանցի իր էջում գրում է. «Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի փակումը հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի էթնիկ ատելության, Արցախի շրջափակման Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր քաղաքականության, Արցախի ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքների աղաղակող խախտման հերթական դրսևորումն է։ Այս քայլով Ադրբեջանը փորձում է աստիճանաբար ընդհատել հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների միջև գործող ենթակառուցվածքը և առաջիկայում իրականացնել արցախահայության նոր ցեղասպանություն։
Միջազգային գործընկերներիս ուշադրությունն եմ հրավիրում Ադրբեջանի այս անօրինական, մարդու հիմնարար՝ կյանքի, առողջության, ազատության և մյուս համընդհանուր իրավունքները ոտնահարող վարքագծի վրա։ Ադրբեջանցիները Արցախը սնուցող միակ ճանապարհը փակելով՝ արգելափակել են բժշկական պարագաների և դեղամիջոցների տեղափոխումը Արցախ, առողջական ծանր խնդիրներ ունեցող հիվանդներին հնարավոր չի եղել այդ ողջ ընթացքում Արցախից հասցնել Հայաստան՝ անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն տրամադրելու համար։

Այս անօրինական գործողությունից 2 օր առաջ միջազգային օղակների ուշադրությունն էի հրավիրել վերջին օրերին Ադրբեջանի հանցավոր գործողությունների վրա, ընդգծել հայ ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքները ոտնահարող Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու անհրաժեշտությունը, այլապես միջազգային հանրության անպատժելիության պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը կդիմի նոր հանցագործությունների։
Միջազգային գործընկերներիս ահազանգում եմ՝ Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող միակ ճանապարհի փակումը Ադրբեջանի հերթական հանցագործությունների ընդամենը սկիզբն է։ Ադրբեջանը առաջիկայում ձգտելու է Արցախում ստեղծել հումանիտար աղետ, որպեսզի կյանքի կոչի իր ցեղասպանական ծրագրերը, զրկի արցախահայությանը իրենց հայրենիքում խաղաղ կյանք վարելու իրավունքից և հայաթափի Արցախը։

Իսկ թուրքի հետ խաղաղության օրակարգին հավատարիմ, Արցախի հարցում նշաձողը իջեցրած, ԼՂ հիմնահարցի կարգավորման հայկական հայեցակարգի հիմքում անվտանգության երաշխիքներն ու իրավունքները դրած Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը համառորեն լռում է»։
