Խաղաղության պայմանագրի հետ կապված մենք շարունակում ենք աշխատել, փորձել տեքստը, որ ստացել ենք ադրբեջանական կողմից, մեր նկատառումներով վերադարձնենք Ադրբեջանին եւ մոտակա շրջանում հանդիպում կազմակերպել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 8-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Հայաստանի ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:

Հարցին, թե ինչու լավատեսությունը, որ մինչեւ տարեվերջ հնարավոր կլինի խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել, իրականություն չի դառնում, ԱԽ քարտուղարը պատասխանեց. «Մենք ասում էինք, որ մեր ջանքերը կներդնենք, որպեսզի մինչեւ տարեվերջ խաղաղության պայմանագիր ունենք: Հայաստանը ի դեմս իշխանության իր բոլոր ջանքերը ներդրել է, որ կարողանանք մինչեւ տարեվերջ այդ պայմանագիրն ունենալ: Հիմա ավելի մոտ լինելով տարեվերջին, դժվար է ասել, որ մինչեւ տարեվերջ  կստացվի: Բայց մենք շարունակելու ենք աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ մյուս տարի:

Տեքստի վրա մենք շարունակում ենք աշխատել, տեքստի խմբագրված տարբերակը շուտով կփոխանցենք Ադրբեջանին»:

Հարցին, թե ինչ նոր երրորդ առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել Բաքուն, որի վրա հյկական կողմն աշխատում է, Գրիգորյանն արձագանքեց. «Դրանք տարբեր չեն: Աշխատանքը այսպես է տեղի ունենում. Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին տվել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախնական տեքստ, այսինքն 5 կետերը ավելի բացված: Հայկական կողմն այդ տեքստի վրա աշխատել է եւ իր պատասխանը տվել է Ադրբեջանին եւ Վաշինգտոնում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում: Վաշինգտոնի քննարկումներից հետո Ադրբեջանը  անցած ամսվա վերջին կամ այս ամսվա սկզբին Հայաստանին է փոխանցել է այդ տեքստի աշխատած իր տարբերակը: Հայաստանը հիմա այդ տեքստի վրա աշխատում է կամ իր լրացումներն ու փոփոխություններն է կատարում այդ տեքստի վրա եւ շուտով կփոխանցենք Ադրբեջանին»:
