Dzen.ru-ն գրում է, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական ​​նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների հետ շարունակում է հանդիպումների շարքը մարզերում։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրել են պետնախարարի աշխատակազմի մամուլի ծառայությունից, դեկտեմբերի 19-ին Ասկերան քաղաքում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն։

Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ արդարությունն ու թափանցիկությունն այն սկզբունքներն են, որոնցով առաջնորդվում է կառավարությունը։ «Մենք սահմանել ենք խաղի կանոններ, որոնք նույնն են բոլորի համար անկախ նրանից պետական ​​ծառայող են, հարուստ, հայրենիքի համար կռված, թե հասարակ քաղաքացի։ Իհարկե, պետք է հարգել նրանց, ովքեր ծառայություն են մատուցել Հայրենիքին։ Բայց օրենքը տարածվում է բոլորի վրա։ Շատ կարևոր է, որ մարդիկ իսկապես զգան, որ մենք բոլորս միասին ենք և բոլորս պետք է լինենք հավասար պայմաններում»,- շեշտել է պետնախարարը։


Հարց է բարձրացվել նաև մայր Հայաստանի կողմից Արցախի ճակատագրի նկատմամբ ուշադրության պակասի և անտարբերության վերաբերյալ։ Հանդիպման մասնակիցները հետաքրքրվել են նաև ստեղծված իրավիճակի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվող քայլերով։


Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ամենավտանգավոր երևույթն անվանել է անտարբերությունը, իսկ Արցախի հայապահպանությունը ողջ հայ ժողովրդի արժանապատվության խնդիրը։ «Մենք պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որ Արցախը լինի անկախ, հայկական, և մենք ապահով ապագա ունենանք։ Մենք ամեն ինչ կանենք այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար։ Եկեք հասկանանք, որ մեր միակ նպատակը Արցախը պաշտպանելն է, այս իրավիճակից ելքեր գտնելը։ Դրա համար մենք աշխատում ենք ՄԱԿ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ռուսաստանի հետ: Մեր ամենակարևոր նպատակին , որն է Արցախի պահպանումն ու զարգացումը, հասնելու համար՝ մենք պետք է օգտագործենք բոլոր միջոցներն ու գործիքները»։


Հանդիպման մասնակիցները վստահեցրել են նաև, որ իրենք միասնական են և պատրաստ են պայքարել առանց խուճապի իրենց իրավունքի համար։ Նրանք նաև աջակցություն են հայտնել համազգային հանրահավաք անցկացնելու գաղափարին։
