Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ «Համախմբում» շարժումը իր պահանջները ներկայացրեց ՀՀ Կառավարությանը, ակնկալելով նրանից իրական գործողություններով անմիջական պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել Արցախի ապաշրջափակման համար: Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված ծայրահեղ սպառնալից իրավիճակը՝ մենք համարում ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պետք է լիարժեք իրացնի Արցախում ապրող իր քաղաքացիների առջեւ ունեցած սահմանադրական անբեկանելի պարտավորությունները, ուստի ՀՀ իշխանությունից պահանջել ենք.
 
1. ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում տեղի ունեցած քննարկման անմիջական հետքերով սեղմ ժամկետում պաշտոնական միջնորդություն ներկայացնել ՄԱԿ- ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին՝ ձեռնարկելու վերջինիս կանոնադրությունից բխող հստակ կանխարգելիչ միջոցներ, մասնավորապես, կիրառելու համապատասխան պատժամիջոցներ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության եւ նրա քաղաքական ղեկավարության դեմ,
 
2. Զուգահեռաբար դիմել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության Խորհրդին՝ Արցախում ներկայումս իրականացվող խաղաղապահ առաքելությունն ընդլայնելու, նրան անժամկետ միջազգային մանդատ տրամադրելու պահանջով, ինչպես նաեւ
Արցախում ՄԱԿ -ի ներկայացուցչություն հիմնելու առաջարկով։
 
3. Դիմել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներին՝ առաջարկելով
վերականգնել համանախագահության բանակցային գործընթացի ձեւաչափը։
 
4. Վերահաստատել ՀՀ անկախության հռչակագրով եւ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարությամբ ամրագրված՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության երաշխավորի պարտականությունները, Ադրբեջանի կողմից 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9- ի հայտարարության կոպիտ խախտման պայմաններում ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի եւ Ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումների միջոցով ապահովել Գորիս-Ստեփանակերտ ճանապարհի անխափան գործունեությունը։
 
5. Հիմք ընդունելով 1991 թ. դեկտեմբերի 10-ի Արցախի անկախության հանրաքվեի որոշումը՝ ձեռնամուխ լինել Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչման գործընթացին, ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի օրակարգ ներկայացնելով Արցախի
Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծ:
 
Մենք հետամուտ ենք լինելու նրան, որ ՀՀ Կառավարությունը այս կամ սրանց համարժեք գործողություններով հասնի Արցախի լիակատար ապաշրջափակմանը, և Արցախում ապրող մեր 120 000 համաքաղաքացիների հիմնարար իրավունքների ամբողջական ապահովմանը: Այս գործում, ակնկալում ենք նաև մեր բոլոր համախոհների և աջակիցների անմիջական մասնակցությունը՝ միայն համատեղ և վճռական գործողություններով մենք կարող ենք հակազդել թշնամուն, և հասնել իրական արդյունքի:
