Օրեր առաջ Ֆուտբոլի աշխարհի առաջնության մրցաշարն էր, պարտությունից հետո ֆուտբոլի հավաքականների գլխավոր մարզիչներն իրենց բարոյական պարտքը համարեցին հեռանալ՝ արձանագրելով, որ ձախողել են: Անհասկանալի է՝ ինչպե՞ս կարող է անձը բարձրագոչ ծրագրերի մասին հայտարարություն անել, իսկ մեկ տարի անց՝ ձախողելուց հետո, նորից հավակնել այդ պաշտոնին: Եթե իր առաջնորդությունը հանգեցրել է աղետի, պետք է բարոյական պատասխանատվություն ունենալ, ձախողումը ընդունել ու հեռանալ: Այս մասին նշեց Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի դիվանապետ, Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի անդամ Արշակ եպիսկոպոս Խաչատրյանը:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք առկա՞ է եկեղեցի-իշխանություն համագործակցություն, Արշակ եպիսկոպոս Խաչատրյանը ընդգծեց, որ իշխանության հետ համագործակցություն գոյություն չունի, մասնակի պատահական հանդիպումներ են լինում, ինչը համագործակցություն անվանել հնարավոր չէ: «Բանակցային գործընթացի վերաբերյալ Վեհափառ Հայրապետի և բարձրաստիճան եկեղեցականների մակարդակում տեղեկատվություն չկա, պաշտոնական խողովակով չի իրազեկվում, դա արդեն գործելաոճ է դարձել»,- ընդգծեց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է Սփյուռքի գագաթնաժողովին եկեղեցու չմասնակցելու հանգամանքին, ապա եպիսկոպոսը պարզաբանեց, որ սխալ է ներկայացվել, իբր Եկեղեցին չի մասնակցել, քանի որ գրավոր հրավեր չի եղել․ խնդիրը դրանում չէ. «Սփյուռքի գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու մասին Սփյուռքի գործերի գլխավոր հանձնակատարը ներկայացրել է Վեհափառ Հայրապետին երկու ամիս առաջ, իսկ նման մասշտաբի միջոցառմանը մարդկանց մասնակցությունն ապահովելու համար բավական ժամանակ է պահանջվում:

Սփյուռքում նշանակալի ազդեցություն ունեցող մարդկանց նույնիսկ հինգ ամիս առաջ պետք է հրավեր ուղարկվի: Իշխանության մոտեցումը հետևյալն էր. կոնցեպտը՝ մեզնից, մասնակցությունը՝ ձեզնից, այսինքն՝ իրենց ընտրած կոնցեպտի մեջ պետք է ուզած-չուզած հարմարվեինք, իսկ Եկեղեցին չի կարող մասնակցել առանց մասնակիցների ընտրության հարցում ներգրավվածություն ունենալու»:
