Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հեղինակավոր «Ֆրանս 24» հեռուստաընկերության ուղիղ եթերում ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջափակման հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, խոսել շրջափակման պատճառների մասին, հայտարարել, թե սա ադրբեջանցիների կողմից ոչ թե բնապահպանական շարժում է, այլ կազմակերպված շոու։

Իրականությունն այն է, ըստ պետքարտուղարի, որ 120 հազար մարդ ձմռանը չունի վառելիք, դեղորայք, սնունդ և ճանապարհը փակ է։ «Ունենք բաժանված ընտանիքներ, մի քանի հարյուր երեխաներ, որոնք մնացել են Հայաստանում առանց ծնողների և հումանիտար ճգնաժամը, որ ստեղծել է Ադրբեջանը, փորձում է օգտագործել Արցախի դեմ, մինչդեռ Արցախի բնակչությունը դիմակայում է և դառնում է ավելի ուժեղ այս շրջափակման պայմաններում»,- ասել է պետքարտուղարը։

Նա, դիմելով ֆրանսիացիներին, հայտնել է, թե այդ «էկոակտիվիստները» իրականում բնապահպաններ չեն, նրանց մեծ մասը մարդիկ են, որոնք ծառայում են ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայություններում։

«Եթե Ֆրանսիայում մարդիկ հետաքրքրվեն, ստուգեն, թե վերջին 10 տարում քանի անգամ են բնապահպանական ակցիաներ տեղի ունեցել Ադրբեջանում մենք կզարմանանք, քանի որ այդ թիվը զրո է, սա Ադրբեջանի կառավարության կողմից կազմակերպված շոու է և իրականում բնապահպանական շարժում չէ»,- արձանագրել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Ֆրանսիական հեռուստաընկերությունը նաև փորձել է սադրիչ հարց տալ ռուս խաղաղապահների վերաբերյալ, և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը դիվանագիտական պատասխան է տվել, թե մի կողմից հասկանալի էր ժողովրդի հիասթափությունը, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ առանց ավելի լայն մանդատի, առանց ավելի մեծ թվով զինվորների, առանց իրենց տանն ապրող ու 35 տարի իրենց անկախության համար հայերին պաշտպանելու ավելի հստակ իրավունքների ապագա չի լինի։

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, թե շրջափակումը ցույց տվեց, որ պետք է ավելի մեծ ու ուժեղ մանդատ ստանալ նաև ՄԱԿ-ից։

Ըստ էության, Արցախի պետնախարարը հրաշալի պատկերացնում է ստեղծված իրավիճակը և փորձում աշխատել բոլոր ուղղություններով, ընդ որում որևէ դաշնակցի ուղղությամբ քարեր չնետելով, դա հնարավորություն է տալիս նաև դիֆերսիֆիկացնել դիվանագիտական ուղիները և հնարավորինս ավելի մեծ աջակցություն ստանալ Արցախի համար։
