belta.by-ն գրում է, որ Հնդկաստանն ու Իրանը թույլ չեն տա Անդրկովկասում Ռուսաստանի դեմ երկրորդ ճակատ բացել, քանի որ նրանց ձեռնտու չէ փոխել աշխարհաքաղաքական դասավորվածությունն այդ տարածաշրջանում։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել ռուս քաղաքագետ, արևելագետ Կարինե Գևորգյանը BelTA YouTube ալիքի «Թեմայի մեջ» նախագծում։ Քաղաքագետը մեկնաբանել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարումը Հայաստանում ՀԱՊԿ զորավարժություններ անցկացնելուց։ Կարինե Գևորգյանը որպես օրինակ բերել է փորձագետների այն մեկնաբանությունները, որոնք կարծում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է նման կերպ հաճոյանալ Արևմուտքին։

«Դա ինձ մոտ ծիծաղ է առաջացնում: Անդրկովկասում երկրորդ ճակատի (Ռուսաստանի դեմ) բացումը հետ են պահում Իրանն ու Հնդկաստանը: Սեպտեմբերից Հնդկաստանը զենք է մատակարարում Հայաստանին, քանի որ Հնդկաստանի ղեկավարությունը՝ ԱԳ նախարարի մակարդակով, և Իրանի ղեկավարությունը բացահայտ հայտարարել են, որ Հարավային Կովկասում սահմանների ցանկացած վերագծում պատերազմ է իրենց դեմ»,- ասել է Կարինե Գևորգյանը։ Ըստ քաղաքագետի, Հնդկաստանն ու Իրանը թքած ունեն Հայաստանի կամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վրա, բայց թույլ չեն տա փոխել աշխարհաքաղաքական դասավորվածությունը այդ տարածաշրջանում։ «Հաղորդակցության տեսանկյունից այն Կովկասի առանցքային շրջաններից մեկն է։ Չինաստանը զուգահեռներ է կառուցել («Գոտի և ճանապարհ»)՝ հենվելով Պակիստանի վրա։ Իսկ Հնդկաստանը, որը մրցակցում է Չինաստանի հետ, սկսել է կառուցել Հյուսիս -Հարավ հաղորդակցություններ և ուժեղացնել ենթակառուցվածքները իրանական նավահանգիստներում»,- նշել է քաղաքագետը։

Միաժամանակ, ընդգծել է Կարինե Գևորգյանը, Հնդկաստանը շփվում է Արաբական թերակղզու միապետությունների հետ, որտեղ հնդիկների դիրքերը, ինչպես Արևմտյան Աֆրիկայում, բավականին լուրջ են։ «Այժմ Չինաստանը նույնպես փորձում է ինչ-որ կերպ մտնել այնտեղ: Բայց, չնայած Ռիադում Սի Ցզինպինի բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպմանը, արաբական աշխարհի, այդ թվում՝ Իրանի վերաբերմունքը Չինաստանի նկատմամբ երբեք այնքան վստահելի չի լինի, որքան վերաբերմունքը Հնդկաստանի նկատմամբ»,- համոզմունք է հայտնել Կարինե Գևորգյանը:
