Բուկինհեմյան պալատում, ինչպես գրում են բրիտանական ԶԼՄ-ները, արդեն անտրամաբանական իրադարձություններ են տեղի ունենում: Սկզբում թագուհի Եղիսաբեթ Երկրորդը իր հարաբերությունները փչացրեց թռան` արքայազն Ուիլյամի կնոջ` Քեյթ Միդլթոնի հետ, իսկ հիմա էլ պահանջում է, որ որդու` արքայազն Չարլզի կնոջը` Կամիլլա Պարկեր-Բոուլսին հեռանալ երկրից:
Այն որ Միացյալ Թագավորության միապետուհու և որդու` արքայազն Չարլզի կնոջ հարաբերությունները լավ չեն այն աստիճան, որ վերջինս բառացիորեն ստիպում է որդուն բաժանվել ինը տարվա ամուսնական կյանքից հետո, արտասահմանյան պարբերականնների բարձրաշխարհիկ բամբասանքների սյուանկներում միշտ է քննարկման նյութ եղել: Սակայն վերջին իրադարձությունը թերևս անկանխատեսելի էր: Թագուհին բառացիորեն հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է մի կլորիկ գումար հատկացնել տիկին Պարկեր-Բոուլսին, եթե վերջինս համաձայնի հեռանալ երկրից:
Թագավորական ընտանիքին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրը հաղորդել է բրիտանական որոշ պարբերականների, որ Կամիլլայի ու Չարլզի հարաբերությունները, որոնք փաստացի արդեն երեսուն տարի է կան, այդպես էլ չօգնեցին, որպեսզի նա մոտենա այնքան ցանկալի գահին: Իսկ արքայազն Գեորգի ծնունդով պարզ դարձավ, որ արքայազն Չարլզը երբեք չի դառնա Բրիտանական միապտության թագավոր ու Կամիլան փոխանակ հաշտվեր ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ, սկսեցճնշումները արքայազն Չարլզի վրա ու անհարկի ակնարկակծոցները Քեմբրիջի դքսուհու հասցեին: Բուկինհեմյան պալատը ապշեց, երբ լեդի Կամիլան պահանջեց ԴՆԹ տեստ անցկացնել, քանի որ նրա կարծիքով մանկիկը նման չէ ծնողներից և ոչ մեկին: Իսկ մինչ այդ էլ ուղղակի չարաշահում էր դքսուհի Քեյթի համբերությունը անընդհատ խոսակցություններ տարածելով, թե արքայազն Ուիլյամը շուտով իրեն սիրուհի կընտրի: Ու սա այն դեպքում, երբ թագավորական ընտանիքում սկսել են խոսել արքայազնի ու Քեյթի սպասվող երկրորդ երեխայի մասին: Անգլիական արիստոկրատիան թագուհու այս քայլը համարել է ուղղակի փորձ` վերջ դնելու լեդի Կամիլլայի անհարկի խոսակցություններին ու անվայելուչ արարքներին:
