Տակավին, երեք օր է անցել Տավուշի մարզում պարեկային ծառայության մեկնարկից, սակայն դրական փոփոխություններն արդեն երևում են, բնակիչներն ակնկալում են, որ դրականը շարունակական կլինի։

Հունվարի 21-ին տրվել է ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի, Կոտայքի, Գեղարքունիքի և Տավուշի մարզերի ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքի մեկնարկը։

Ճանապարհային նախկին ոստիկաններին փոխարինելու է նոր ծառայություն, որը միայն երթևեկությունը չէ, որ հսկելու է։ Նոյեմբերյանի բնակիչներից մի քանիսը մեզ հետ զրույցում գոհունակություն էին հայտնում պարեկների եռօրյա աշխատանքից, նշում, թե նոր ծառայության աշխատակիցները բավական լավ են աշխատում, հարգալից են բնակիչների նկատմամբ, նաև անիմաստ խնդիրներ չեն հարուցում, մանրուքների ետևից չեն ընկնում։

Սահմանամերձ Նոյեմբերյանում ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն գրեթե չի եղել տևական ժամանակ, ինչի հետևանքով, հատկապես, անմխիթար իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ մեքենա վարելու, հանրային անվտանգությունը վտանգելու առումով։

Հույս կա, որ պարեկային ծառայության աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլինի վերջ դնել այդ արատավոր պրակտիկային, իսկ վարորդներն էլ ղեկին չեն նստի խմած վիճակում։

Փաստենք, ոչ միայն Նոյեմբերյանի, այլև Տավուշի այլ քաղաքների բնակիչները նորմալ են ընդունել պարեկային ծառայության մուտքը, ակնկալում են, որ բազմաթիվ բացասական խնդիրներ կչեզոքացվեն, իսկ պարեկային ծառայությունը նոր որակ կներմուծի, հանրության կյանքն էլ բարդացնելու փոխարենը, ընդհակառակը, ավելի դրական փոփոխություններ կանեն։
