Արցախում ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը բնավ էլ չի հանգուցալուծվել, և գործող իշխանությունները ինչպես նաև նրանց կամակատարները, որոնք պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի պահանջով դուրս են մնացել պետական կառավարման համակարգից, շարունակում են պետնախարարի դեմ իրենց գործունեությունը։

Բնականաբար գործող պաշտոնյաները հրապարակային հայտարարություններով հանդես չեն գալիս առայժմ՝ հասկանալով, որ դա կարող է լրջագույն խնդիրներ հարուցել Արցախում, փոխարենը այդ նպատակի համար մոբիլիզացրել են նախկին պաշտոնյաներին, որոնք նոյեմբերին պետնախարարի պաշտոնում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նշանակումից հետո կորցրել են իրենց պաշտոնները։

Ըստ էության, Արցախի ուժային և իրավապահ ողջ համակարգը գտնվում է Արայիկ Հարությունյանի ձեռքին և Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը փաստացի հնարավորություն չունի պատասխանատվության կանչելու բոլոր այն նախկին պաշտոնյաներին, որոնք իրենց պաշտոնավարման օրոք լրջագույն իրավախախտումներ են թույլ տվել և, այդ հանգամանքից ոգևորված, նախկին մի շարք պաշտոնյաներ իսկական արշավ են սկսել պետնախարարի դեմ, ընդ որում դրա համար օգտագործելով ոչ միայն սոցցանցերը, այլ նաև հայաստանյան մամուլի որոշ միջոցներ։

Հատկապես այդ առումով ակտիվ են Տարածքային կառավարման նախկին նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանն ու Առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հայրյանը։ Վերջինս հայտարարել է, թե ընդամենը երեք ամսում Արցախը կորցրել է ֆինանսական, տնտեսական ողջ դիմադրողականությունը, ներքին լարվածությունը և թշնամանքը հատում է բոլոր թույլատրելի սահմանները։

Մի կողմ դնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ Արցախում ներքին թշնամանք հրահրում են հենց Արայիկ Հարությունյանի մերձավոր շրջապատի մարդիկ, ավելին, նույն այդ Հայրյանը իբր մեղադրանքներ է հասցեագրում Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, որը պարտավոր է գործել սթափ և դադարեցնել արցախը կործանման տանող այդ ընթացքը։

Որպես այդպիսի ընթացք, Հայրյանը թերևս նկատի ունի պետնախարարի պաշտոնում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի պաշտոնավարումը։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ վերջին ներքաղաքական սրումից հետո, երբ հարց էր դրվել պետնախարարին պաշտոնից հեռացնելու հարցը, Հարությունյանի մերձ լրատվամիջոցները սկսեցին գրել՝ իբր Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հետ պայմանավորվել են, որ նա այլևս քաղաքական հայտարարություններ չի անի։

Թերևս BBC–ի HARD Talk հաղորդաշարին տված հարցազրույցը վկայեց, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը բոլորովին էլ այդպիսի պայմանավորվածություններ չունի Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ և անշեղորեն իրականացնում է իր արդյունավետ և բավական լուրջ ծրագիրը։ Ուստի և առաջիկայում պետնախարարի դեմ հարձակման նոր ալիք է սպասվում։ Արցախում կերակրատաշտակից զրկված նախկին պաշտոնյաները և այժմ էլ հեռացման վտանգի տակ գտնվող գործող անձինք մտադիր չեն թույլ տալ իրենց դիրքերի սասանումը։
