«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը ուղերձ է հրապարակել Բանակի օրվա առթիվ.

Հայոց Բանակը կազմավորվեց մեր հայրենիքի համար բարդ ու ճակատագրական փուլում։ Բանակի ստեղծմամբ սկսվեց անկախ պետականության հաստատման գործընթացը:
 
Մեր բանակն ու զինվորն ապացուցեցին, որ անկախությունն ու սեփական հողում ապրելու իրավունքը ձեռք են բերվում արժանապատիվ պայքարի միջոցով։
Անվիճելի փաստ է, որ այսօր ևս մրցունակ զինված ուժերն են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շուրջ խաղաղության հաստատման ու երկրի զարգացման կարևորագույն գործոնը։
 
Հայոց Բանակի անցած փառավոր ճանապարհը շարունակելու, մարտունակությունը բազմապատկելու և բանակը ոտքի կանգնեցնելու համար պետք է աշխատել ամեն օր, մեր բոլոր ռեսուրսները պետք է ուղղվեն բանակի վերականգմանը, կայունացմանն ու արդիականացմանը։
 
Սա բարդ, երկարատև բայց միանշանակ հնարավոր նպատակ է, որին հասնելու համար պետք է գործել հստակ ռազմավարությամբ։ Ժամանակակից պրոֆեսիոնալ բանակ՝ հիմնված մեր սեփական ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի վրա՝ հզոր տնտեսությամբ և ռազմական գործին տիրապետող մարդկանց աջակցությամբ. ահա մարտունակ և ուժեղ բանակի գրավականը։
 
Բանակ պետք է դառնանք բոլորս, բոլորս տիրապետենք նվազագույն գիտելիքներին, իմանանք ինչպես պաշտապնել մեզ, մեր հարազատներին և ամուր պահենք զինվորի թիկունքը։ Բանակի հզորացումը պետք է լինի առաջնային օրակարգ, յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, յուրաքանչյուր հայ և հայրենանվեր մարդ պետք է ապրի և գործի այն գիտակցումով, որ դա հնարավոր է միասնական ուժերով։
