Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գործունեության լավագույն գնահատականներից մեկը երեկ տվել են Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից։

Ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Գևորգ Գևորգյանը հայտարարել է. «Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը ճիշտ է՝ անում տուն-տուն մտնելով, իսկ մենք ի՞նչ ենք անում»։

Թերևս հայաստանյան ընդդիմության կողմից այս գնահատականը փաստում է, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը չափազանց ճիշտ աշխատակարգ է որդեգրել Արցախում, կարողանում է շփվել բնակիչների հետ, ներկայացնել առկա խնդիրները, դրանք լուծելու ուղիներ փնտրել։

Ինքը՝ պետնախարարը, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել է, թե հանդիպել է իր ընկերների, գործընկերների և համախոհների հետ Արցախից, Հայաստանից և Սփյուռքից, ովքեր անտարբեր չեն երկրի ճգնաժամային շրջանում շարունակում են մնալ Արցախի և այնտեղ ապրող 120 հազար հայության կողքին։

Ըստ պետնախարարի՝ ճգնաժամը արցախցիներին ինքնամաքրվելու, հայրենիք, ազատութուն, հարգանք, արդարություն, արժեքների կարևորությունը հասկանալու հնարավորություն է տվել։ «Ադրբեջանը մեծ սխալ թույլ տվեց՝ ընտրելով այս ճանապարհը, քանի որ շրջափակումը հնարավորություն տվեց Արցախի ներսում կրկին զգալ այն էներգիան, որ կար 1988-ին»,- նշել է պետնախարարը։

Նա տեսնում է, որ դիմադրելու էներգիան փոխանցվում է ոչ միայն Արցախի ներսում, այլ նաև ամբողջ հայկական աշխարհում։ «Ես հաճախ եմ լինում շրջաններում, գյուղերը չունեն գազ, լույս, բայց ինձ ասում են՝ մենք կդիմանաք, սրանք պարզապես գեղեցիկ խոսքեր չեն, այլ արցախցիների մեծ մասի իրական դիրքորոշումը, շատ դժվար է, բայց խուճապային տրամադրություններ առհասարակ չկան, ինքդ քո հանդեպ հարգանք վաստակելու ցանկությունն իսկապես ֆանտաստիկ ֆենոմեն է»,- նշել է պետնախարարը։

Արցախցիների նկատմամբ նրա այս ջերմ գնահատականը փոխադարձ է, Արցախում ևս գնահատում են Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գործունեությունը և միահամուռ, ձեռք ձեռքի տված արդեն 50 օրից ավելի պայքարում շրջափակման հետևանքների դեմ, իսկ պետնախարարի և նրա թիմի աշխատանքը նսեմացնելուն ուղղված քայլերը, ինչպես նաև Արցախում ներքաղաքական խժդժություններ հրահրելուն միտված գործողությունները այդպես էլ խափանվում են արցախցիների համախմբվածության շնորհիվ։
