Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հունվարի 30-ի հրամանագրով՝ Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը նշանակվել է Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի նախագահ՝ 3 տարի ժամկետով:

Կրթություն

1981 թվականից մինչև 1986 թվականը սովորել է ԵՊՀ իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետում։

Աշխատանքային փորձ

1986 թվականից մինչև 1992 թվականն աշխատել է Հրազդանի միջշրջանային դատախազությունում՝ որպես ստաժոր, քննիչ, ապա՝ դատախազի տեղակալ։

1999 թվականից աշխատել է Արմավիրի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանում՝ որպես դատավոր։

2001 թվականից մինչև 2008 թվականն աշխատել է Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ համայնքների առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր։

2008 թվականից մինչև 2009 թվականն աշխատել է Երևանի քրեական դատարանի դատավոր:

2009 թվականի փետրվարի 27-ին ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր։

ՀՀ ԱԺ կողմից 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 21-ի թիվ ՀՕ-34-Ն օրենքի համաձայն շարունակում է պաշտոնավարել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնում:
