Լաչինի միջանցքի կարգավորումները բանակցված ու արտացոլված են նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթում, միջանցքի կարգավորումների վերաբանակցումը, ընդ որում՝ կրկին ուժի գործադրման արդյունքում և նոր ուժի գործադրման սպառնալիքով, հայկական կողմի համար չի կարող ընդունելի լուծում լինել:

Այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Լյուքսեմբուրգի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում՝ անդրադառնալով Մյունխենի հանդիպումից հետո Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարությանը, թե հայկական կողմին առաջարկել են, որ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի սկզբում ու վերջում, նաև Լաչինի ու Հայաստանի միջև անցակետեր պետք է լինեն:

«Իսկապես այդպիսի գաղափար հնչեցվել է՝ անցակետեր դնել Հայաստանի սահմանին և հատվածում, որտեղ սկսվում է Լաչինի միջանցքը: Բայց մեր պատասխանը միանշանակ ու բավականին հրապարակային է. Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակումից անմիջապես հետո այս դիրքորոշումը հնչեցվել է, և այն մնում է նույնը. Լաչինի միջանցքի կարգավորումները բանակցված են, ստորագրված են, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից, ես խոսում եմ նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթի մասին: Լաչինի միջանցքի կարգավորումների վերաբանակցում, ընդ որում՝ կրկին ուժի գործադրման արդյունքում և նոր ուժի գործադրման սպառնալիքով, մեզ համար ակնհայտորեն ընդունելի չէ և չի կարող ընդունելի լուծում լինել»,-ասաց Միրզոյանը:

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանից պահանջում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»՝ Լաչինը բացելու դիմաց, ԱԳ նախարարը հավելեց՝ վերլուծելիս կարելի է տեսնել ադրբեջանական ակնկալիքը՝ բացել Լաչինի միջանցքը մեկ այլ համարժեք միջանցք ստանալու շուրջ: Այս նարատիվը նոր չէ, և հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումն էլ դրա կապակցությամբ նոր չի հնչեցվում:
