Հարգելի´ գործընկերներ,
 
ԵՄ-ն գազի և նաֆթի ներմուծման դիվերսիֆիկացիա իրականացնելու համար 2021 թվականի հունիսին ստորագրեց Ադրբեջանի հետ էներգետիկ համաձայնագիր:
 
Սակայն, Ադրբեջանը փաստացի մի կողմից ավելացնում է գազի արտահանումը ԵՄ, մյուս կողմից փակում է դեպի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ գնացող գազատարը, դիտավորությամբ զրկելով խաղաղ բնակիչներին, երեխաններին և ծերերին, հիվանդանոցներին, դպրոցներին և մանկապարտեզներին ճեռուցումից և տաք ջրի հնարավորությունից նման ցուրտ եղանակային պայմաններում: Ավելին` արդեն 70 օր է, Ադրբեջանը փակել է այն միակ ճանապարհը, որը կապում է ԼՂ-ն արտաքին աշխարհի հետ, թողնելով 120 հազար քաղաքացիներին պատանդի կարգավիճակում, առաջացնելով ծայրահեղ հումանիտար ճգնաժամ:
 
Հարգելի գործընկերներ,
 
Ադրբեջանն այս էներգետիկ համաձայնագիրը ընկալել է որպես քարտ-բլանշ և ստորագրումից ընդամենը 2 ամիս անց հարձակվել է Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի վրա, օկուպացրել առանձին հատվածներ, այդ թվում նաև իմ հայրենի քաղաքից մի հատված: Եվ պարզվում է, որ որքան ԵՄ-ն ավելացնում է իր կախվածությունն Ադրբեջանից, այնքան ագրեսիվ է դառնում Ադրբեջանը և ապօրինի են դառնում նրա գործողությունները:
 
Հետևաբար ուզում եմ կոչ անել եվրոպացի իմ գործընկերներին թույլ չտալ, որպեսզի Բաքվի ավտորիտար ռեժիմը գազը դարձնի զենք իր ձեռքում: Պետք է համատեղ ջանքերով թույլ չտանք, որպեսզի Բաքվի ավտորիտար ռեժիմն իրականացնի էթնիկ զտումներ ԼՂ-ում:
