«Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ինքը հրաժարական չի տալու»,- այդ մասին հայտարարել է պետնախարարի խորհրդական Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը։

«Ինչպես և այն ժամանակ այս պահին էլ կարող եմ ասել, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը չի պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ և առավել ևս հեռանալ Արցախից»,- ասել է նա «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում։

«Պետնախարարի պաշտոնանկության մասին լուրերը ահագնացան օրեր առաջ՝ Մյունխենում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի առաջ քաշած նախապայմանից հետո։ Թեև Արցախից պնդում են, թե Ադրբեջանի նախագահի որևէ նախապայման չեն ընդունում, իսկ պետնախարարի հեռացումը Արցախի ներքին գործն է, սակայն այս պնդումը որևէ մեկը լուրջ համարել չի կարող, ուստի և այսօր արդեն Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ուղերձով դիմելու է արցախցիներին և ըստ ամենայնի հայտարարելու է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին պաշտոնանկ անելու մասին։

Ինքը՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը և նրա կողմնակիցները հայտարարել են` միամտություն է կարծել, թե Վարդանյանի հեռանալուց հետո Ադրբեջանը որևէ կերպ փոխելու է իր վերաբերմունքը Արցախի հանդեպ, սա իր հերթական քայլն է, որը ցավոք Հայաստանի իշխանությունները և նաև այլ հատվածներ միամտորեն հավատում են, որ եթե ինչ-որ բան զիջենք՝ Ադրբեջանը կանգ է առնելու, որևիցե պարագայում Ադրբեջանը կանգ չի առնելու, սա հերթական քայլերից մեկն է, որն առնվազն լուրջ հոգեբանական խնդիր է առաջացնելու արցախահայության մոտ, որից հետո Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է, նա երբեք էլ չի թաքցնում, որ Արցախն իրեն պետք է առանց հայերի։

Այո՛, հնարավոր է որոշ ժամանակ գործողություններ չլինեն, մի քանի ամիս հետո հնարավոր է հերթական ռազմական սադրանքը, այլ հոգեբանական ճնշումներ, ուստի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը չէ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների խնդիրը, այլ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների խնդիրն է Արցախը և արցախահայությունը, նաև՝ Հայաստանը»,- ասել է Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը և հավելել, որ եթե հնարավորություն լիներ, թե Ռուբեն Վարդանյանից հետո Արցախը միանգամից հզորանալու է, ապա նա ինքն առաջինը կաներ այս քայլը։

Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանն արդեն հայտարարել է , թե իրեն առաջարկել են զբաղեցնել պետնախարարի պաշտոնը, սակայն առայժմ մտածում է։ Թերևս հենց նրան էլ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կնշանակի պետնախարարի պաշտոնում, որպեսզի կայացած և բավականին լուրջ կապեր ունեցող, ինչպես նաև ինքնուրույն գործիչ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի փոխարեն ձեռնասուն մի պաշտոնյա ունենա՝ իր բոլոր քմահաճույքները կատարելու համար։

Թե ինչպե՞ս կվերաբերվեն պետնախարարի պաշտոնանկությանը Արցախում, առայժմ որևէ հստակ տեղեկություն չկա, սակայն չի բացառվում, որ արցախցիներն այս անգամ ընդվզեն և պարտադրեն Արայիկ Հարությունյանին հետ կանգնել իր հերթական ազգադավ քայլերից։
