«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Փաստը», անդրադառնալով Արցախի իշխանության վերնախավում ակնհայտ դիտարկվող խմորումներին, օրեր առաջ գրել էր, որ նախապատրաստվում է պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի պաշտոնանկությունը, ավելին՝ նրա դեմ Արցախում ձևավորվել է յուրօրինակ «կոալիցիա»՝ այսպես ասած՝ «սորոսական շրջանակները ներկայացնող մի խումբ անձանց» և Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի մասնակցությամբ: Հիմնվելով մեր աղբյուրների հաղորդած տեղեկությունների վրա՝ նշել էինք, որ այդ «կոալիցիան» պատրաստվում է Արցախի նախագահի ընտրություններին և թեկնածու է տեսնում գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին:

Հետագայում մամուլում նաև գրվեց, որ նա «սկզբից» պետնախարար է նշանակվելու: Դե, որպես ստարտ: Այս հրապարակումներին հաջորդել էր Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի խայտառակ, առնվազն պաշտոնյային ոչ հարիր բառապաշարով արձագանքը, որով նա կտրականապես հերքում էր, թե՝ նման բան չկա, թե՝ ինքը «սորոսական շրջանակների» հետ կապ չունի, թե՝ ինչ գրված է, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:

Մի խոսքով, ըստ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի, այն ինչ գրվել էր, «նիվեռայատնի պեն ա», այն է՝ անհնարին բան է, իր դեմ արշավ է կազմակերպված, չուզողների դավեր են և այլն, և այդպես շարունակ: Բայց այդ կտրուկ հերքումներից ընդամենը մի քանի օր անց վրա հասավ իրականությունը և ցույց տվեց, թե ով ինչին չի համապատասխանում, և հերքումը քանի գրոշ արժե: Ընդգծենք՝ ընդամենը օրեր անց: Բոլորը տեսան, որ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ա) պաշտոնանկ արեց պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին, բ) գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին առաջարկեց զբաղեցնել Արցախի պետնախարարի պաշտոնը: Նիվեռայատնի պեն ա՞...

Էլ ի՞նչ ասել Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին, որ մի քանի օր առաջ «Ֆեմիդայի արևով» երդվում էր, թե նման բան չկա, ինքը կապ չունի, ինքը ապաքաղաքական անձ է: Առաջին. սովորեք հաղորդակցվել մամուլի, լրագրողների հետ ու արտահայտվելիս չափներդ ճանաչեք: Երկրորդ. ձեզ հաշիվ տվեք, որ եթե հերքում եք մի բան, որն անխուսափելիորեն կատարվում է, ապա դրանով զրոյացնում եք ձեր նաև մնացյալ պնդումները, այդ թվում՝ «սորոսականների» կամ այլազան «կոալիցիաների» հետ կապ չունենալու մասին հավաստիացումները: Երրորդ. այսուհետ ձեր ամեն մի հայտարարություն ինքնաբերաբար դառնում է եռակի կասկածելի և անվստահելի:

Մի խոսքով, ամենևին դժվար չի կանխատեսել, թե ինչ դրսևորումներ կլինեն, երբ նման բառապաշարով, մամուլի հետ աշխատելու տարրական «մշակույթ» չունեցող, նույնիսկ ակնհայտը, այն ամենը, ինչի մասին ողջ Արցախն է խոսում, հերքելու մարմաջով տառապող անձնավորությունը հայտնվի շատ ավելի բարձր պետական պաշտոնում:
