«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Այդպիսի արտահայտություն կա՝ «դիվանագիտական լեզու»: Սովորաբար «դիվանագիտական լեզուն» գործածվում է քաղաքական հարաբերությունների «բարձրագույն լիգայում», բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետների քննարկումներում, հայտարարություններում, ասուլիսներում: Մյուս կողմից՝ երբ բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետներն սկսում են զգացմունքային բառեր ու արտահայտություններ գործածել, պետք է հասկանալ, որ բանը բանից անցել է կամ առնվազն բանը բուրդ է: Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն օրերս այցելել էր Բաքու, որտեղ հանդիպեց Ալիևի հետ, ապա իր ադրբեջանական գործընկերոջ հետ ասուլիսվեց:

Եվ ահա, այդ ասուլիսում Լավրովին ուղիղ հարց են տալիս, թե նա ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանի Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այն հայտարարությունը, թե՝ Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի ռազմական ներկայությունը ՀՀ անվտանգությանն ուղղված սպառնալիք է: Լավրովն էլ ոչ տարավ, ոչ բերեց, թե՝ «Հայաստանի ղեկավարի հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ թողնում եմ նրա խղճին»: Այո, խղճին է թողնում: Փաշինյանի... Իսկ հետո էլ Լավրովը բավականին երկար խոսեց այն մասին, որ Հայաստան գործուղված Եվրամիության դիտորդներն են տարածաշրջանի համար վտանգ ներկայացնում, և որ իրենք տեսնում են, թե «ինչպես է Եվրամիությունը բացահայտ չարաշահում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ ունեցած իր հարաբերությունները, այդ թվում Հայաստանի տարածքում առաջ տանելով լեգիտիմության տեսանկյունից լուրջ կասկածներ առաջացնող իր, այսպես կոչված, առաքելությունը...», և այլն, և այլն (կարդացած կլինեք):

Ի՞նչ ենթադրություններ կարելի է անել Լավրովի ոչ այնքան դիվանագիտական, որքան՝ հրապարակախոսական հռետորաբանությունից: Նախ՝ «ռազմավարական դաշնակից» համարվող Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները հասել են վատացման կրիտիկական կետի, չնայած Կրեմլը հանդուրժում է Փաշինյանի ռեժիմը միայն այն բանի համար, որ ունի ինչ-ինչ եռակողմ պայմանավորվածություններ, որոնց իրականացումը, կարծում է, տարածաշրջանում իրենց ինչ-որ բան դեռ կարող է տալ: Երկրորդ՝ Ռուսաստանում ըստ արժանվույն կամ համարժեք են գնահատել Հայաստանի անվտանգությանն սպառնալու մասին Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը:

Եվ եթե արդեն նրա խղճին են հղում անում, ապա կարելի է չկասկածել, որ հետևանքները կարող են բավականին անխիղճ լինել, բայց արդեն ոչ թե Փաշինյանի, այլ առհասարակ՝ Հայաստանի ու հայության համար: Երրորդ՝ Ռուսաստանը նախընտրում է խոսել կամ պայմանավորվել Հայաստանի ռազմավարական թշնամի Ադրբեջանի հետ, այդ թվում՝ ուղղակիորեն հայկական շահերին վերաբերող հարցերում: Իսկ ո՞ւր է Հայաստանը: Իսկ Հայաստանը այդ քննարկումներում ընդամենը սեղանին դրված օբյեկտ է, որն ով ինչպես ուզում, այնպես էլ կտրում-կարկատում է: Ի դեպ, Լավրովը միայն Բաքու գնաց, Երևան չեկավ:
