Մինչ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը փորձում է համոզել, թե գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն իր ընկերն է և ինքը հոգեպես շատ է տվայտվում նրան պաշտոնանկ անելու հանգամանքից, Արցախում նորանշանակ պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը այս օրերին ազատվում է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կադրերից։

Մասնավորապես, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ պետնախարար նշանակվելուց անմիջապես հետո Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը Արցախի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ ցուցակագրել է բոլոր այն պաշտոնյաներին և գործիչներին, որոնք Արցախ էին եկել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հետ, կամ էլ տեղի բնակիչներ էին, սակայն նախընտրել էին աշխատել Վարդանյանի թիմում, և հանձնարարվել է բոլորին հեռացնել իրենց պաշտոններից։

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը մի շարք նախարարների էր նշանակել, ավելին՝ պայմանավորվածության համաձայն նա էր համակարգում բոլոր նախարարների աշխատանքը, բացառությամբ՝ ուժայիններից։ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանի լիազորություններն ավելի սահմանափակ են, Արցախի նախագահը նրա ձեռքից խլել է Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության համակարգում և Արտաքին պաշտպանության ու Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունների, Ազգային անվտանգության և ծառայության ուժայինների համակարգումը մնալու է Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կուռացիայի ներքո։

Ըստ էության, Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը համակարգելու է բացառապես տնտեսական բլոկը, դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով և քաղաքական ազդեցության նվազմամբ։ Նախկին պետնախարարի կադրերին հեռացնելու են ոչ միայն գործադիրից: Բազմաթիվ անձինք Հայաստանից տեղափոխվել էին Արցախ և կրում էին շրջափակման զրկանքները՝ իրենց ավանդը ներդնելով Արցախի տարբեր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում նաև Հանրային հեռուստատեսությունում։ Այս օրերին նրանց բոլորին տեղեկացվել է, որ իրենց կարիքներն այլևս չեն զգում և հեռացնելու են զբաղեցրած բոլոր պաշտոններից ու աշխատանքներից։

Ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանի պահանջով, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին պաշտոնանկ անող Արցախի իշխանությունները փորձում են ազատվել նրա բոլոր կադրերից և նրա ներկայությունից գործադիրում և այլ ոլորտներում, ինչը վկայում է, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի դրդմամբ նոր արշավ են սկսելու Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ։
