«Արցախի պատասխանատվություն ստանձնած ղեկավարները պետք է գիտակցեն, որ չի կարելի մեր ազգային արժանապատվության հաշվին հարմարվել։ Պայքարի և դիմադրության այլընտրանքը մազապուրծ և հայրենազուրկ դառնալն է, իսկ դա մենք թույլ տալ չենք կարող»։ Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է այդ մասին գրել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում՝ անդրադառնալով երեկ Ադրբեջանի դիվերսիոն գործողություններին, որի հետևանքով երեք զոհ և մեկ վիրավոր ունենք։

«Փաստացի Արցախը շրջափակման մեջ պահելով, գազի ու էլեկտրաէներգիայի խափանումներով արցախցիներն ճնշելու ձախողված փորձերից հետո, Ադրբեջանն անցավ ռազմական ճանապարհով խնդիրների լուծման փորձերին»,- նշել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը և հիշեցրել, որ Ադրբեջանի առաջարկած «ինտեգրացիան» արցախցիների համար չի կարող ընդունելի լինել, քանի որ դա նշանակում է, որ Արցախում հայ չի կարող ապրել։

«Ալիևյան ռեժիմն ամեն օր ապացուցում է, որ իր նպատակը մեզ այստեղից հեռացնելն է, մեզ մեր հայրենիքից զրկելն է, նրանք այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար ունակ են դիմելու ցանկացած քայլի»,- ասել է Վարդանյանը։

Նա փաստել է, որ մեր գործողություններով պիտի կարողանանք ցույց տալ թշնամուն, որ իրենց այդ մտադրությունները շատ ծանր ավարտ են ունենալու հենց իրենց համար, պետք է հասկանանք, որ մեր անվտանգությունը հնարավոր է ապահովել հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու՝ մեր վճռականությամբ և մեր կամքով շատ բան կարող ենք փոխել։

Նախկին պետնախարարի այս արձանագրումը վկայում է, որ Արցախի իշխանությունների կողմից Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբերի պահանջներին տուրք տալն ու պետնախարարին հեռացնելը, ոչ թե նպաստեց Լաչինի միջանցքի բացմանը, այլ ընդհակառակը, ավելի սրեց իրավիճակը և թշնամու ախորժակը։

Ադրբեջանը, եթե մինչ Վարդանյանի պաշտոնազրկումը Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իրենց սպասարկուների միջոցով կարողանում էին համոզել, թե Լաչինի միջանցքը փակվել է, քանի որ Արցախում պետնախարար է նշանակվել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, ապա այսօր իսկ պարզ է, որ առնվազն հայկական շահերի տեսանկյունից՝ պետնախարարի հեռացումը լրջագույն հարված էր Արցախին, ուստի և ժամանակն է, որպեսզի Հայաստանում և Արցախում հանրությունը և իշխանություններն ուշքի գան , հեռացնեն ապիկար և դավադիր ղեկավարներին և ազգային շահերի տիրույթում սկսեն բանակցել ու հարաբերվել թշնամիների հետ։
