«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Մարտի 7-ին մի փոքր խումբ արցախցիներ բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացնում Արցախի Իվանյան գյուղում գտնվող ռուս խաղաղապահների կենտրոնական տեղակայման վայրի գլխավոր մուտքի մոտ։ Այս ակցիան տարբեր մեկնաբանություններ ստացավ։ Մի մասը դա գնահատեց որպես հուսահատ քայլ, իսկ ոմանց համար ակցիան ակնհայտ հակառուսական «գունավորում» էր ստացել, չնայած ակցիայի մասնակիցները պնդում էին, որ այդ ամենն իրականացվում է բացառապես շրջափակումից դուրս գալու նպատակով։ Հետաքրքիր է, որ, չգիտես ինչով պայմանավորված, հանկարծ այնտեղ է հայտնվել նաև գործող պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, արցախցիների շրջանում տպավորություն է ստեղծվել, որ տեղի ունեցած ակցիան, մեղմ ասած, առանց նրա գիտության չի եղել, իսկ վերջնանպատակն էլ հենց Ներսիսյանի հայտնվելը և հարցին «իտոգ» տալն է եղել։ Թերթի արցախյան աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս ամենը հստակ ֆիքսվել է ռուսների կողմից, ավելին, նրանք բավական կոշտ զրույց են ունեցել Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ։ Մասնավորապես, ռուսական կողմի համար անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու է նման ակցիա իրականացվում (թեկուզ և փոքրաքանակ), առավել ևս, ինչու է ցուցարարներին միանում պետնախարարը։

Ինչպես մեզ փոխանցեց մեր աղբյուրը, Ներսիսյանը փորձել է արդարանալ, որ ոչ թե ցուցարարներին է միացել, այլ ուղղակի փորձել է իրավիճակը տեղում հասկանալ, բայց հաշվի առնելով, որ ռուսական կողմը տեղյակ է նրա և ցուցարարների հետ եղած որոշակի կապերի մասին, նրանց մոտ կարծիք է ձևավորվել, թե պետնախարարը մասնակցում է հակառուսական ակցիային։ Թերթի տեղեկություններով, Արցախում տեղի ունեցածի հետ կապված լուրջ քննարկումներ են տեղի ունեցել, ինչից հետո Արայիկ Հարությունյանը Ներսիսյանին հորդորել է այլևս չդիմել նման քայլերի։
