Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր հինգ խմբակցությունները միասնական հայտարարություն են ընդունել, որտեղ դատապարտելով թշնամական պետության ցեղասպան գործողությունները, նաև կարևոր պահանջով են դիմել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործող իշխանություններին՝
 
«Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները, արտահայտելով ժողովրդի կամքն ու դիրքորոշումը, պահանջում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններից հավատարիմ մնալ ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի 1992թ. հուլիսի 8-ի որոշմանը և կասկածի տակ չդնել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը:
Արցախի խորհրդարանի բոլոր խմբակցությունները վերահաստատում են իրենց հավատարմությունը մեր ժողովրդի կամքն արտահայտող հիմնարար փաստաթղթերին և շարունակելու են առաջնորդվել դրանցից բխող գաղափարներով և սկզբունքներով:»
Միանալով այս պահանջին, ես նաև ցանկանում եմ հավելել, որ Արցախի ինքնորոշմանը և երկու հայկական պետությունների վերջնական միավորմանը հասնելը ամրագրված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակագրում, և հանդիսանում է նրա ցանկացած իշխանության սահմանադրական պարտավորությունը: Այդ պարտավորությունից որևէ իշխանություն չի կարող ինքնակամ հրաժարվել, քանի որ այն համարժեք է Սահմանադրության չեղարկմանը և փաստացի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ որպես ինքնիշխան, ազգային և ժողովրդավարական պետության լուծարմանը:
 
Որպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, ես այդպիսի լիազորություն չեմ տվել որևէ իշխանության, ինչպես նաև այդպիսի լիազորություն երբևիցե չեն տվել մեր համաքաղաքացիները, որոնց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը համոզված է, որ Արցախը չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ թշնամական ցեղասպան պետության կազմում: Ուստի ես պայքարելու եմ ցանկացած իշխանության դեմ, որը փորձում է չեղարկել մեր Անկախության հռչակագիրը և Սահմանդրությունը, և խարխլել մեր ազգային պետության բուն հիմքերը:
 
Ավելին, համոզմունք եմ հայտնում, որ այդպիսի գործողությունները անպատիժ չեն մնա, և Սահմանադրության տապալման ցանկացած փորձ կատարող պաշտոնյա ի վերջո օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ պատասխան կտա դատարանի առաջ: Մինչ այդ, ողջունում եմ Արցախի մեր հերոսական քույրերին և եղբայրներին, և իմ հետևողական զորակցությունն եմ հայտնում նրանց արդար պայքարին:
