«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Կառավարության ծրագրի կատարողականի պատրվակով հրավիրված ԱԺ նիստում ապրիլի 18-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ունեցած ելույթը, հիրավի, «ծրագրային» էր: Այն ծրագրային էր նույնիսկ առանց չակերտների ու սարկազմի: Ավելին, անգամ հարց չի ծագում, թե դա ինչ ծրագիր է: Դա էլ է բացահայտ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որքան էլ դա իրեն բնորոշ չէ, միանգամայն անկեղծ (այո, այո՝ անկեղծ) ու բացահայտ հայտարարեց. ա) համաձայնել է Արցախը լիովին հանձնել Ադրբեջանին, բ) հետևողականորեն թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմին է հանձնելու Հայաստանը: Այստեղ հարցերը հազիվ թե կարող են ուղղված լինել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Ի վերջո, նոր չպիտի իմանայինք, թե նա ով է և ինչ է անում, մեծ հաշվով: Այստեղ բուն հարցն այն է, թե ի՞նչ ենք անում մենք:

Հասարակությունը չի կարող հույսերը կապել պարտված, պարտվողական, երկիրը թշնամուն հանձնող գործչի կամ քաղաքական խմբավորման հետ: Սա ընտրությունների, վերընտրություն կազմակերպելու ու նմանօրինակ «տասովկաների» հետ կապ չունի: Խոսքը հասարակության, ժողովրդի մասին է՝ լայն ընդգրկմամբ: Իսկ լայն ընդգրկմամբ ոչ մի խելամիտ անձնավորություն, անկախ սեռից, տարիքից, գաղափարաքաղաքական կողմնորոշումներից ու դավանանքից, ուղղակիորեն չի կարող ապագայի իր ծրագրերը կապել, կրկնենք՝ պարտվողական խմբավորման կամ «մանդատավոր միջին վիճակագրական անձի» հետ:

Այնպես որ, այո, ապագայի վերաբերյալ ինչ-ինչ հույսեր կան, բայց դրանք փաշինյանական «ապագակա»-ի օգտին գրանցել ընդհանրապես չարժե: Հա, ինչ վերաբերում է թանկանոց բնակարաններին, ապա իշխանությունները դեռ ժողովուրդ չեն, իսկ սովորական բնակարանների առումով կխոսենք, երբ եկամտահարկի վերադարձի համակարգը ամբողջությամբ Երևանից «կհանվի»:
