topcor.ru-ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին վերջին ամիսներին շարունակվող սրացման ֆոնին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարություն է արել Երևանից՝ Բաքվի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջների բացակայության մասին։ Նա ասել է, որ Հայաստանը ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի ամբողջականությունը և դրա դիմաց ակնկալում է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը կճանաչի Հայկական ԽՍՀ տարածքը 1991 թվականի սահմաններում։ Ռուս քաղաքագետ, արևելագետ Եվգենի Սատանովսկու կարծիքով, Հայաստանի ղեկավարի հայտարարությունը անսպասելի չէր: Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ Փաշինյանը զիջել է հայերի շահերը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և տարածաշրջանը տվել է Բաքվին՝ ճանաչելով Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությունը նրա նկատմամբ։

Ընդ որում, նման ել քն ակնհայտ էր դարձել դեռ Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմի ժամանակ, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այդ հայ գործիչը բազմիցս է ասել, որ «Ղարաբաղը Հայաստան է»։ «Պաշտոնական Երևանը դե ֆակտո Ղարաբաղը ցանկանում է տալ: Պատահական չէ, որ Պուտինից պահանջվում էր պատերազմի մեջ մտնել Հայաստանի կողմից, չկատարել միջնորդական պարտականություն, չլինել խաղաղարար, չպահպանել չեզոքություն։ Բայց Ռուսաստանը չի կարող լինել Հայաստանի կամ Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Այդպես չի լինում։ Իրավիճակը նույնն է, ինչ Ղրղզստանի և Տաջիկստանի դեպքում։ Քո եղբայրները կռվում են, իսկ դու ընտրում ես, թե որ կողմից միջամտե՞ս։ Բայց այդպես չի լինում։

Պուտինը չի կարող ավելի հայ լինել, քան Փաշինյանը»,- նշել է փորձագետը։ Սատանովսկին նաև ասել է, որ իրեն հաճախ են հարցեր տալիս հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների համատեքստում տարբեր իրավիճակներում Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր քայլերի մասին։ Նրան բազմիցս են ասել, որ Ռուսաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի դաշնակիցն է, ուստի ռուսական բանակը պետք է հայկական կողմից մասնակցի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում զինված հակամարտությանը։ «Այդ դեպքերում ես հակահարց եմ տալիս: Տղերք, դուք մեր դաշնակիցն եք։ Իսկ արդյո՞ք հայկական բանակը կռվում է Ուկրաինայում ռուսական կողմից։ Չի կռվում: Դե, իսկ ի՞նչ եք արել, որ մեզ աջակցեք ՆԱՏՕ-ի ողջ բլոկի հետ այդ ռազմական հակամարտությունում։ Ես գիտեմ, թե ինչ է արել Փաշինյանը, նա սուզվել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորավարժությունների ուղղությամբ»,- հավելել է փորձագետը։
