iarex.ru-ն իր «Մակրոնը սեփական «խաղն» է սկսել Անդրկովկասում. Ֆրանսիան ինչի՞ է նախապատրաստում Հայաստանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը հանձնարարել է կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարելու ուղղությամբ։ Այդ մա սին հայտնել է Intelligence Online ֆրանսիական հրատարակությունը։ Մասնավորապես, նշվում է, որ սպառազինությունների ցանկում, որը Ֆրանսիան նախատեսում է նախնական փուլում մատակարարել Հայաստանին, ներառված է նաև մահաբեր զենք։ Ամեն ինչ ցույց է տալիս, որ Ֆրանսիան փորձում է ակտիվացնել ռազմական համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի հետ։ Դա նորություն է Անդրկովկասում Փարիզի քաղաքականության մեջ, քանի որ մինչ հիմա Ֆրանսիայի և Հայաստանի միջև ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցությունը փաստացի պայմանագրային հիմք չի ունեցել։

Սակայն 2022 թվականի ամռանը Ֆրանսիան և Հայաստանն արդեն բանակցություններ էին վարում ռազմական համագործակցության շուրջ։ Դրանից հետո հայկական մամուլում լուրեր հայտնվեցին, որ Երևանն ու Փարիզը մտադիր են չեղարկել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը (Ռուսաստան, Ադրբեջան, Հայաստան), որով ավարտվել է Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմը, և Ֆրանսիան կփորձի ընդունել համապատասխան բանաձև ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում: Ավելին, Փարիզում չեն թաքցնում, որ մտադիր են ամրանալ Կովկասում։ Այդ ուղղությամբ ևս մեկ քայլ է Երևանում ռազմական առաքելություն բացելու մասին Փարիզի որոշումը։ Երևանում դեսպանատան ռազմական կցորդ նշանակելու որոշումը համընկնում է ֆրանս-հայկական սպառազինությունների երկկողմ կոմիտեի աշխատանքի վերսկսման հետ։ Այդ մարմինը որոշում է Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության ռազմավարական ծրագրերը և սպառազինության հնարավոր գնումները ֆրանսիական արտադրողներից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմի ժամանակ Փարիզի իրական օգնությունը Երևանին սահմանափակվում էր թուրքական դեսպանատան և Հաղթական կամարի մոտ ցույցերով, ինչպես նաև գումար հավաքելով, որն ինքնին չէր կարող հաղթանակ ապահովել։ Իսկ ահա խաղաղության պայմաններում Ֆրանսիան Հայաստանին առաջարկում է իր ռազմական օգնությունը (դեռևս ծավալով ու որակով անհայտ) Անդրկովկասում Ռուսաստանի ներկայությունը (ազդեցությունը) թուլացնելու համար։
