Ադրբեջանն ակտիվորեն ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածում Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի կողմից իբր հարձակումների մասին, որի նպատակը կարող է լինել հնարավոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի նախապատրաստումը։

Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, Արցախի զարգացման և անվտանգության ճակատի համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գնահատմամբ՝ միտումնավոր կերպով լրատվական դաշտը հեղեղվում է կեղծ լուրերով, ռազմական ագրեսիան որպես պատասխան քայլ ներկայացնելու նպատակով։ «Մենք պետք է ասենք՝ սա սադրանք է, ըստ էության այն մասին, ինչպիսին Գլեյվիցի միջադեպը երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի նախօրեին, երբ լեհական համազգեստով էսէսականնները իբր թե հարձակվեցին գերմանական ռադիոկայանի վրա և հեռարձակեցին հակագերմանական հայտարարություն»,- նշել է Վարդանյանը և հավելել, թե այս կեղծիքը «սպիտակ թելով է կախված»։

Ցանկացած ողջամիտ մարդու համար պարզ է, որ արցախի բանակի կողմից որևէ ռազմական հարձակում չի կարող լինել։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը փաստում է, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը լռում է և ինքը որպես հանրային անձ ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ ուզում է հայտարարել ողջ աշխարհին՝ Արցախի բանակը միջադեպերի մեջ մեղադրելու փորձերը ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան ապատեղեկատվություն և հայկական արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ագրեսիայի նոր փուլ հրահրելու փորձ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ընդգծում է, որ առնվազն մինչև 2025 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ը ուժի մեջ է եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, ըստ որի Արցախի անվտանգությունը պետք է ապահովի նաև ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելություն։ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը պատրաստ է հակահարված տալ, իսկ իրավիճակի էսկալացիայի դեպքում ագրեսորը ստիպված կլինի մեծ կորուստներ կրել։ «Ավելին, անմիջական ռազմական ագրեսիայի դեպքում մենք պատրաստ ենք բավական արդյունավետ, ոչ համաչափ պատասխան միջոցներ կիրառել, միևնույն ժամանակ կարևոր է գիտակցել, որ հակամարտությունը ունի խաղաղ լուծում, երկկողմ բանակցությունների միջոցով, Արցախը պետք է վերադարձնել բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ»,- նշել է Վարդանյանը և հավելել. «Հիմա մենք հստակ կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը, որը նախկինում մի ինչ-որ կերպ փորձում էր միջազգային մակարդակով քննարկել Արցախի հարցը, վերջնականապես հրաժարվել էր շարունակել Արցախը պաշտպանելուց, բայց դրանով Արցախի 120 հազար հայերը չեն անհետանում, որոնք հստակ հայտարարել են, որ չեն ցանկանում ապրել Ադրբեջանի կազմում և արդեն իսկ իրացրել են իրենց ինքնորոշման իրավունքը 1991 թվականի օրինական հանրաքվեի միջոցով»։
